Zijne Heiligheid is speciaal afgereisd om <em>Nasir Hospital<\/em>, een grootschalig humanitair project van <em>Humanity First<\/em>, een internationale liefdadigheidsinstelling die werd opgericht door de Ahmadiyya Moslim Gemeenschap, in te huldigen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-003.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8195\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-003.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-003.jpg 993w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-003-300x174.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-003-768x445.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Na geland te zijn in Guatemala City na een vlucht vanuit Houston, Texas, werd Zijne Heiligheid op de luchthaven opgewacht door Nationaal Congreslid Iliana Calles. Tijdens een ontmoeting met Zijne Heiligheid deelde het Congreslid haar diepe waardering voor de Ahmadiyya Moslim Gemeenschap met betrekking tot het <em>Nasir Hospital<\/em>\u00a0project. Zij zei dat het zeer nodig was en een middel zou zijn om de mensheid, en de minder bevoorrechten in het bijzonder, te dienen.<\/p>\n<p>Het Congreslid zei:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong><em>\u201cHet is een grote zegen en eer voor onze natie dat uwe Heiligheid (Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad) helemaal tot hier bent afgereisd. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat uw bezoek een bron van zegeningen zal zijn voor onze natie.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Exact om 13.10u stapte Zijne Heiligheid de luchthaven buiten en zette hij zijn eerste stappen in Centraal-America alvorens zijn reis op de weg verder te zetten naar de stad Antigua.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-004.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8196\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-004.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"548\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-004.jpg 993w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-004-300x166.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-004-768x424.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Met deze historische stappen werd een ander hoofdstuk geopend in de grote geschiedenis van de Ahmadiyya Moslim Gemeenschap.<\/p>\n<p>Voor de eerste keer was Zijne Heiligheid in staat om fysiek af te reizen om leden van de Ahmadiyya Moslim Gemeenschap in Centraal-Amerika te ontmoeten en om zelf de ware islamitische leer van vrede, rechtvaardigheid en menselijkheid over te brengen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-005.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8197\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-005.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"993\" height=\"370\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-005.jpg 993w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-005-300x112.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-005-768x286.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 993px) 100vw, 993px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Later op de dag bezocht Zijne Heiligheid de Baitul Awwal Moskee in Guatemala, die was ingehuldigd door zijn voorganger, de Vierde Kalief van de Ahmadiyya Moslim Gemeenschap, Hazrat Mirza Tahir Ahmad in 1989.<\/p>\n<p>Zijne Heiligheid inspecteerde de Moskee alvorens honderden Ahmadi Moslims afkomstig uit verscheidene Centraal- en Zuid-Amerikaanse landen zoals Guatemala, Belize, Paraguay en andere te ontmoeten.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-007.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8198\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-007.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"902\" height=\"568\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-007.jpg 902w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-007-300x189.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/be-nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/7\/2018\/11\/2018-10-22-Guatemala-007-768x484.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 902px) 100vw, 902px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>De ontmoetingen verliepen uiterst emotioneel, gezien verscheidene Ahmadi Moslims hun blijheid uitdrukten dat zijn eindelijk de kans hadden gekregen om hun spirituele leider te ontmoeten en te verwelkomen als gast.<\/p>\n<p>Zij kregen de kans om Zijne Heiligheid verscheidene vragen te stellen tijdens de bewogen en geloofsinspirerende sessie.<\/p>\n<p>Later, na de Maghreb en Isha gebeden geleid te hebben in de Moskee, nam Zijne Heiligheid de gelofte van trouw (Bai\u2019at ceremonie) af, waarbij honderden Ahmadi Moslims voor de eerste keer in staat waren om de Bai\u2019at af te leggen op de hand van Zijne Heiligheid.\u00a0Tijdens de ceremonie waren veel bekeerlingen tot de Islam niet in staat om hun tranen te bedwingen.<\/p>\n<p>Zijne Heiligheid wordt verwacht om later vandaag het Nasir Hospital in te huldigen.
