M\u00eb 14 korrik, n\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb, kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 150 litra shi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb met\u00ebr katror dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb shtetet federale si Rheinland-Pfalz dhe Nordrhein-Westfalen p\u00ebsuan d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha jete dhe materiale. Forca e ujit bashk\u00eb me nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi shkat\u00ebrruese, rr\u00ebnoi \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb i dilte p\u00ebrpara. Po ashtu fuqia e erozionit shkat\u00ebrroi rrug\u00ebt, ur\u00ebt, godinat etj dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr solli d\u00ebme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Ushtria, ekipet e zjarrfik\u00ebsve, personelet e urgjenc\u00ebs etj. shkuan n\u00eb zona t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura p\u00ebr t\u00eb evikuar njer\u00ebzit nga vendet e rrezikuara.
