Fatkeq\u00ebsisht n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende ku praktikohet feja Islame, si Afganistan, Pakistan, Afrik\u00eb Veriore apo n\u00eb Lindjen e Mesme, grat\u00eb trajtohen keq apo u mohohen t\u00eb drejtat e tyre p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb atyre vendeve. K\u00ebto steriotipe, n\u00eb vende t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrputhen aspak me pozit\u00ebn, vendin dhe dinjitetin q\u00eb Islami u jep atyre, kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb formimin e perceptimit dhe ides\u00eb s\u00eb gabuar rreth trajtimit t\u00eb grave n\u00eb Islam. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtij q\u00ebndrimi t\u00eb mang\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb cung\u00ebt ku mbart\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtij mendimi nuk interesohen t\u00eb studiojn\u00eb burimet Islame, \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe ndikimi i propagand\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur kund\u00ebr Islamit, q\u00eb njihet si\u00a0<em>Islamofobia.<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\"><strong>[1]<\/strong><\/a><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Me an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shkrimi orvatemi t\u00eb shqyrtojm\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e grave n\u00eb aspekte dhe sfera t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb jet\u00ebs njer\u00ebzore duke u referuar burimeve kryesore t\u00eb Islamit, d.m.th. Kuranit t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb dhe th\u00ebnies s\u00eb Profet Muhammedit\u00a0<sup>s.a.s<\/sup>. Para se ta nisim studimin ton\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb gjendjen e gruas para nj\u00eb mij\u00eb kat\u00ebrqind vjet\u00ebsh n\u00eb qytet\u00ebrime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe vendin e pozit\u00ebn q\u00eb i caktonin fet\u00eb e tjera. Le t\u00eb kthehemi n\u00eb histori p\u00ebr t\u00eb par\u00eb fet\u00eb e m\u00ebdha se si e p\u00ebrshkruajn\u00eb ato gjinin\u00eb fem\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Trajtimi i gruas n\u00eb fe dhe kultura t\u00eb ndryshme\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>1.1. Hinduizmi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sipas shkrimeve t\u00eb fes\u00eb hinduiste, p\u00ebrshkrimi i nj\u00eb gruaje fisnike \u00ebsht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cnj\u00eb grua, mendja, gjuha dhe trupi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrim (t\u00eb shoqit), do t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb fam\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa, n\u00eb bot\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn vendbanim me bashk\u00ebshortin e saj.\u201d<a href=\"#_edn2\" name=\"_ednref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2018Ligjet e Manus\u2019 \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket rregullave fetare n\u00eb hinduiz\u00ebm. Atje shkruhet &#8220;Dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb gruaja duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb meshkujve (t\u00eb familjes) s\u00eb saj.\u201d Kjo sepse sipas Manus \u201cajo kurr\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e denj\u00eb p\u00ebr liri\u201d<a href=\"#_edn3\" name=\"_ednref3\">[3]<\/a> \u00a0bile edhe brenda mureve t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb.<a href=\"#_edn4\" name=\"_ednref4\">[4]<\/a> \u00a0Ajo nuk lejohet t\u00eb kryej\u00eb sakrificat fetare, nd\u00ebrsa mund t\u00eb agj\u00ebroj\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr burrin e saj.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.2. Judaizmi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Trajtimi i gjinis\u00eb fem\u00ebrore n\u00eb traditat Judo-Krishtere orientohet nga imazhi i Ev\u00ebs q\u00eb paraqitet si josh\u00ebse n\u00eb Bib\u00ebl. Besohet se t\u00eb gjitha grat\u00eb kan\u00eb trash\u00ebguar, nga n\u00ebna e tyre \u2013 Eva, fajin e saj. Prandaj t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb pabesueshme, t\u00eb dob\u00ebta moralisht dhe t\u00eb liga. Kush i p\u00eblqen Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, i shp\u00ebton asaj; por m\u00ebkatari do t\u00eb kapet nga ajo. Ja ajo q\u00eb gjeta\u201d, thot\u00eb Predikuesi, duke i shqyrtuar nj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gj\u00ebrat, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur shkakun e tyre.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[Predikuesi 7:26-27]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>N\u00eb literatur\u00ebn hebraike q\u00eb njihet edhe nga kisha Katolike, lexojm\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAsnj\u00eb lig\u00ebsi nuk mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrngjaj\u00eb lig\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb femr\u00ebs\u2026 m\u00ebkati filloi nga nj\u00eb grua dhe fal saj ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebsojm\u00eb vdekjen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[Ecclesiasticus 25:19,24]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sipas rabin\u00ebve hebre, femra u d\u00ebnua me n\u00ebnt\u00eb nd\u00ebshkime p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb daljes nga parajsa:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cGruas i dha (Zoti) n\u00ebnt\u00eb mallkime dhe vdekjen: barra e gjakut t\u00eb menstruacionit dhe gjakut t\u00eb virgj\u00ebris\u00eb; detyrimi i shtatz\u00ebnis\u00eb; detyra e rritjes s\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve; koka e saj \u00ebsht\u00eb mbuluar sikurse mban zi; ajo shpon veshin e saj si nj\u00eb skllav apo sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme; ajo nuk duhet besuar si d\u00ebshmitare; dhe pas gjith\u00e7kaje \u2013 vdekja.\u201d<a href=\"#_edn5\" name=\"_ednref5\">[5]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gruaja le t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje dhe me \u00e7do n\u00ebnshtrim.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNuk e lejoj gruan q\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsoj\u00eb, as t\u00eb p\u00ebrdori pushtet mbi burrin, por t\u00eb rrij\u00eb n\u00eb heshtje.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[1 e Timoteut 2:11-12]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sipas p\u00ebrshkrimit t\u00eb Zanafill\u00ebs:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAt\u00ebher\u00eb Zoti Per\u00ebndi formoi njeriun nga pluhuri i tok\u00ebs, i fryu n\u00eb vrimat e hund\u00ebs nj\u00eb frym\u00eb jete, dhe njeriu u b\u00eb nj\u00eb qenie e gjall\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[Zanafilla 2:7]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por pastaj duke par\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb i vet\u00ebm dhe kishte nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb q\u00eb i leverdiste Ai i \u00e7oi njeriut t\u00ebr\u00eb kafsh\u00ebt e dheut dhe t\u00ebr\u00eb zogjt\u00eb e qiellit por \u201cnuk u gjend asnj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb e p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAt\u00ebher\u00eb Zoti Per\u00ebndi e futi n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjum\u00eb t\u00eb thell\u00eb njeriun, t\u00eb cilin e zuri gjumi; dhe mori nj\u00eb nga brinj\u00ebt e tij dhe e mbylli mishin n\u00eb at\u00eb vend. Pastaj Zoti Per\u00ebndi me brinj\u00ebn q\u00eb i kishte hequr njeriut formoi nj\u00eb grua dhe e \u00e7oi te njeriu. Dhe njeriu tha \u201cKjo s\u00eb fundi \u00ebsht\u00eb kocka e kockave t\u00eb mia dhe mishi i mishit tim. Ajo do t\u00eb quhet grua sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nga burri.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[Zanafilla 2:21-23]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Termi\u00a0<em>ndihm\u00eb<\/em>\u00a0\u00ebsht\u00eb interpretuar historikisht si Eva ishte e varur prej Adamit dhe kishte nj\u00eb rol inferior.<br \/>\nSipas Zanafill\u00ebs, Lameku ishte i\u00a0 pari q\u00eb u martua dy her\u00eb. Judaizmi nuk jep asnj\u00eb udh\u00ebzim p\u00ebr numrin e grave. Andaj n\u00eb Dhjat\u00ebn e vjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrmendet q\u00eb: Esau mori 3 gra, Jakobi:2; Ashuri:2; Gideoni:shum\u00eb; Davidi:shum\u00eb; Solomoni:700; Abixhah:14 etj.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb vargjesh cil\u00ebsojn\u00eb femrat prona t\u00eb prind\u00ebrve t\u00eb tyre dhe pas martes\u00ebs, t\u00eb burrave t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cN\u00eb rast se dikush shet bij\u00ebn e tij si sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore, ajo nuk do t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb ashtu si shkojn\u00eb skllev\u00ebrit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[Eksodi 21:7]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dometh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebse do babai, ai mund ta shes\u00eb vajz\u00ebn e tij. Ndon\u00ebse skllev\u00ebrit liroheshin pas gjasht\u00eb vjet\u00ebsh, femrat mbeteshin si sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas ligjit t\u00eb p\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb femra kur martohet duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e virgj\u00ebr dhe n\u00ebse ajo kishte marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie seksuale para martes\u00ebs, pra,\u00a0 n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e babait t\u00eb saj, at\u00ebher\u00eb ajo d\u00ebnohej me vdekje me gur\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ligji nuk parashikonte ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim p\u00ebr mashkullin.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cN\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nj\u00eb burr\u00eb martohet me nj\u00eb grua, hyn tek ajo dhe pastaj fillon ta urrej\u00eb,<br \/>\ndhe e padit p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra t\u00eb turpshme dhe i nxjerr nj\u00eb nam t\u00eb keq, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: \u201cMora k\u00ebt\u00eb grua, por kur iu afrova nuk gjeta tek ajo shenjat e virgj\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, babai dhe n\u00ebna e s\u00eb res\u00eb (vajz\u00ebs) do t\u00eb marrin shenjat e virgj\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb saj dhe do t\u2019ua tregojn\u00eb pleqve t\u00eb qytetit, te porta; dhe babai i s\u00eb res\u00eb (vajz\u00ebs)do t\u2019u thot\u00eb pleqve: \u201cUn\u00eb ia dhash\u00eb time bij\u00eb p\u00ebr grua k\u00ebtij burri, por ai filloi ta urrej\u00eb, dhe tani e akuzon p\u00ebr gj\u00ebra t\u00eb turpshme, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb: Nuk gjeta tek jote bij\u00eb shenjat e virgj\u00ebris\u00eb; por k\u00ebto jan\u00eb shenjat e virgj\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb bij\u00ebs sime\u201d. Dhe do t\u00eb shpalosin \u00e7ar\u00e7afin p\u00ebrpara pleqve t\u00eb qytetit. \u2026Por n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se v\u00ebrtetohet fakti dhe tek e reja (vajza) nuk jan\u00eb gjetur shenjat e virgj\u00ebris\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb do ta nxjerrin t\u00eb ren\u00eb (vajz\u00ebn) te pragu i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb s\u00eb babait t\u00eb saj dhe njer\u00ebzit e qytetit t\u00eb saj do ta vrasin me gur\u00eb, dhe ajo ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb vdekur, sepse ka kryer nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr t\u00eb turpshme n\u00eb Izrael, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb kurv\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e atit t\u00eb saj. K\u00ebshtu do t\u00eb shkul\u00ebsh t\u00eb keqen nga gjiri juaj\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[Ligji i P\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb 21:13-21]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ligji i P\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb gjithashtu nuk ia jep gruas t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar divorc. Ky akt mund t\u00eb kryhet vet\u00ebm nga burri dhe jo nga gruaja:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cKur nj\u00eb njeri merr nj\u00eb grua dhe martohet me t\u00eb, dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb ndodh q\u00eb ajo nuk e k\u00ebnaq m\u00eb, sepse ai ka gjetur n\u00eb t\u00eb di\u00e7ka t\u00eb turpshme, le t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb ndarjeje, t\u2019ia jap\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe ta d\u00ebboj\u00eb nga sht\u00ebpia e saj;\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[Ligji i P\u00ebrt\u00ebrir\u00eb 24:1]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>1.3. Krishterimi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Feja krishtere trash\u00ebgon imazhin e gruas nga judaizmi dhe i jep nj\u00eb kuptim m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. M\u00ebkati i saj do t\u00eb luante rolin qendror n\u00eb fen\u00eb krishtere sepse, q\u00ebllimi i ardhjes s\u00eb Krishtit dhe sakrific\u00ebs s\u00eb tij ishte vet\u00ebm \u00e7lirimi i njeriut nga makthi i m\u00ebkatit q\u00eb kreu Eva dhe k\u00ebshtu pastrimi i njer\u00ebzimit nga trash\u00ebgimi i m\u00ebkatit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb 1 e Korintasve shkruhet:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c\u2026burri nuk duhet t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb kryet, sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebmb\u00ebllimi dhe lavdia e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, kurse gruaja \u00ebsht\u00eb lavdia e burrit, sepse burri nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nga gruaja, por gruaja nga burri, edhe sepse burri nuk u krijua p\u00ebr gruan, por gruaja p\u00ebr burrin\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>[1 e Korintasve 11:7-9]<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sh\u00ebn Pauli u drejtohet grave n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cJu, grat\u00eb, n\u00ebnshtrohuni burrave tuaj porsi Zotit, sepse burri \u00ebsht\u00eb kreu i gruas, sikurse edhe Krishti \u00ebsht\u00eb kreu i kish\u00ebs, dhe ai vet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Shp\u00ebtimtari i trupit. Ashtu si kisha i \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebnshtruar Krishtit, k\u00ebshtu grat\u00eb duhet t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen burrave t\u00eb tyre n\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 [Efesian\u00ebve 5:22-24]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Gjuha e Sh. Tertullianit \u00ebsht\u00eb akoma m\u00eb e ashp\u00ebr. Ai u drejtohet motrave t\u00eb tij t\u00eb dashura n\u00eb fe, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cA dini se secila prej jush \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb Ev\u00eb? N\u00ebse d\u00ebnimi i Zotit mbi seksin tuaj q\u00ebndron edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite, at\u00ebher\u00eb sigurisht edhe faji duhet t\u00eb ekzistoj\u00eb. Ju jeni der\u00eb hyr\u00ebse p\u00ebr djallin. Jeni ju q\u00eb prek\u00ebt pem\u00ebn e ndaluar; ju jeni dezertoret e para t\u00eb ligjit hyjnor. Ju jeni q\u00eb e kandis\u00ebt Adamin, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn as djalli nuk guxonte ta sulmonte. Ju shkat\u00ebrruat aq leht\u00eb imazhin e Zotit, njeriun. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb m\u00ebkatit tuaj edhe i biri i Zotit duhej t\u00eb vdiste.\u201d<a href=\"#_edn6\" name=\"_ednref6\">[6]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Sot Greqia e vjet\u00ebr konsiderohet si djep i kultur\u00ebs evropiane dhe grek\u00ebt e lasht\u00eb mbahen si pararend\u00ebsit e epok\u00ebs s\u00eb re. Por edhe atje gruaja nuk ishte n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje tjet\u00ebr:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cGrat\u00eb athinase gjithmon\u00eb ishin t\u00eb par\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, varur prej nj\u00eb mashkulli, prej babait t\u00eb tyre, v\u00ebllait apo nj\u00eb burri nga fisi i tyre.\u201d<a href=\"#_edn7\" name=\"_ednref7\">[7]<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cZakonisht miratimi i saj p\u00ebr martes\u00eb nuk konsiderohej si di\u00e7ka e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe pritej q\u00eb ajo t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohej d\u00ebshir\u00ebs s\u00eb prind\u00ebrve dhe burrin e padronin e saj ta merrte prej tyre, pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00eb ai mund t\u00eb ishte krejt\u00ebsisht i huaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb.\u201d<a href=\"#_edn8\" name=\"_ednref8\">[8]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Enciklopedia \u2018Britanike\u2019 p\u00ebrshkruan statusin ligjor t\u00eb gruas q\u00eb i jepte perandoria romake. Sipas k\u00ebtij p\u00ebrshkrimi:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cN\u00eb ligjin romak gruaja historikisht trajtohej si plot\u00ebsisht e varur. N\u00ebse martohej, ajo dhe pasuria e saj kalonte te burri i saj\u2026 gruaja ishte prona e bler\u00eb e burrit t\u00eb saj, dhe si nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore merrej vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr dobin\u00eb e tij. Gruaja nuk mund t\u00eb ushtronte ndonj\u00eb detyr\u00eb civile apo publike, nuk mund t\u00eb paraqitej si d\u00ebshmitare, garantuese, m\u00ebsuese apo p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse. Aspekti shpirt\u00ebror<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Islami i jep gruas t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat politike dhe shoq\u00ebrore, q\u00eb g\u00ebzon edhe mashkulli. Ajo p\u00ebrfiton t\u00eb gjitha privilegjet q\u00eb p\u00ebrpara ishin t\u00eb caktuara vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr gjinin\u00eb mashkullore. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve materiale, barazia gjinore shtrihet edhe n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore. Islami e shfaj\u00ebsoi gruan nga akuzat dhe faj\u00ebsimet shekullore sipas t\u00eb cilave ajo ishte fajtore dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse sepse ishte ajo q\u00eb m\u00ebkatoi duke marr\u00eb moll\u00ebn e ndaluar. Sipas Kuranit, t\u00eb dy Ademi dhe Eva, kishin gabuar por ishin t\u00eb pavet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr at\u00eb veprim dhe pastaj t\u00eb dy u penduan dhe Zoti ua fali t\u00eb dyve.\u00a0<em>[el-Bakrrah 2:37, El-A\u2019rraf 7:21-24].<\/em>\u00a0Madje n\u00eb suren Ta Ha\u00a0<em>[20:122]<\/em>\u00a0thuhet se ishte Ademi\u00a0<sup>a.s.<\/sup>, ai q\u00eb nuk e zbatoi urdhrin e Allahut. Ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj Kurani e quan k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim gabim sepse nuk ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00ebllimisht. K\u00ebshtu Islami liroi bijt\u00eb e Ev\u00ebs nga dogma t\u00eb rreme shekullore q\u00eb i d\u00ebnonte p\u00ebr at\u00eb krim q\u00eb ajo nuk kishte kryer kurr\u00eb. Islami ia dha dinjitetin, nderin dhe vet\u00ebbesim q\u00eb i mungonte gjat\u00eb shekujve t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb. Kurani i Madh\u00ebrish\u00ebm e kuror\u00ebzoi femr\u00ebn n\u00eb pozicion t\u00eb barabart\u00eb me burrin dhe e n\u00ebnvizon barazin\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur. Fjala bie:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cMe t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb mysliman\u00ebt dhe myslimanet, besimtar\u00ebt dhe besimtaret, t\u00eb bindurit ndaj Allahut dhe t\u00eb bindurat ndaj Allahut, t\u00eb drejt\u00ebt (t\u00eb sinqert\u00ebt) dhe t\u00eb drejtat (t\u00eb sinqertat), duruesit dhe durueset, t\u00eb p\u00ebrulurit dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrulurat, mir\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit dhe mir\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebset, agj\u00ebruesit dhe agj\u00ebrueset, ruajt\u00ebsit e nderit dhe ruajt\u00ebset e nderit, p\u00ebrkujtuesit e Allahut vazhdimisht dhe p\u00ebrkujtueset, pra, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebta Allahu ka p\u00ebrgatitur falje dhe shp\u00ebrblim t\u00eb madh.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[El-Ehzab 33:36]<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026 do t\u2019ua pranoj\u00eb pendimin besimtar\u00ebve dhe besimtareve. Ata urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen vepra t\u00eb mira dhe i ndalojn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat; falin namazin, japin zeqatin dhe i binden Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb do t\u2019i m\u00ebshiroj\u00eb Allahu. Se, Allahu me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb i Plotfuqish\u00ebm dhe i Urt\u00eb. Allahu u ka premtuar besimtar\u00ebve dhe besimtareve kopshte, n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat rrjedhin lumenj dhe ku do t\u00eb banojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb, si dhe pallate t\u00eb mrekullueshme n\u00eb Xhenetin e P\u00ebrjet\u00ebsis\u00eb. Por k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia prej Allahut \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebrblimi m\u00eb i madh. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb fitore madh\u00ebshtore.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[Et-Taubeh 9:71-72]<\/p>\n<p>\u201c(Ai e b\u00ebri k\u00ebt\u00eb) p\u00ebr t\u2019i \u00e7uar besimtar\u00ebt dhe besimtaret n\u00eb kopshte n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat rrjedhin lumenj e ku do t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb, si dhe q\u00eb t\u2019ua largoj\u00eb mang\u00ebsit\u00eb atyre. Kjo, n\u00eb syt\u00eb e Allahut, \u00ebsht\u00eb fitorja m\u00eb e madhe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[El-Fet\u2019h 48:6]<\/p>\n<p>(Allahu do t\u2019u thot\u00eb): \u201cO rob\u00ebrit e Mi, p\u00ebr ju sot nuk ka frik\u00eb dhe as q\u00eb do t\u00eb pik\u00eblloheni. \u2026 Hyni n\u00eb Xhenet t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar, ju dhe shok\u00ebt tuaj.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[Ez-Zukhrruf 43:69-70]<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSigurisht q\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb banor\u00ebt e Xhenetit nuk do t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb p\u00ebr gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, ve\u00e7 lumturis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre. Ata dhe grat\u00eb e tyre do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb hije, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb ndenj\u00ebse. Frik\u00ebsojuni Zotit tuaj, i Cili ju krijoi prej nj\u00eb shpirti, nd\u00ebrsa prej atij krijoi bashk\u00ebshorten e tij, kurse prej k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb dyve krijoi shum\u00eb meshkuj e femra. Dhe frik\u00ebsojuni Allahut, me emrin e t\u00eb Cilit ju k\u00ebrkoni prej nj\u00ebri-tjetrit dhe ruani lidhjet farefisnore. Se v\u00ebrtet, Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb Mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs mbi ju.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[En-Nisa 4:2]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>K\u00ebtu fjala\u00a0<em>\u201cshpirt\u201d<\/em>\u00a0p\u00ebrfshin t\u00eb dy gjinit\u00eb, at\u00eb mashkullore dhe fem\u00ebrore. Ato jan\u00eb dy pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse q\u00eb s\u00eb bashku kryejn\u00eb nj\u00eb funksion. Kjo v\u00ebrteton q\u00eb k\u00ebta t\u00eb dy i p\u00ebrkasin t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtit lloj dhe specie dhe kan\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn prirje.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu ndryshimi n\u00eb form\u00ebn dhe trajt\u00ebn fizike thyhet dhe n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb dy shkrihen n\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb t\u00eb vetme. Kjo barazi n\u00eb gjendjen shpirt\u00ebrore theksohet edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb kur Kurani deklaron se mashkulli dhe femra plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb njeri-tjetrin. Ai thot\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cDhe Zoti iu p\u00ebrgjigj lutjes s\u00eb tyre (dhe tha): \u201cUn\u00eb nuk do t\u2019ia humb mundin askujt nga ju q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb vepra, qoft\u00eb mashkull apo fem\u00ebr. Ju jeni prej nj\u00ebri-tjetrit. Prandaj, atyre q\u00eb u shp\u00ebrngul\u00ebn, u d\u00ebbuan nga vatrat e tyre, u munduan n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Time, luftuan dhe u vran\u00eb, Un\u00eb do t\u2019ua mbuloj veprat e k\u00ebqija dhe do t\u2019i shpie n\u00eb kopshte, n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat rrjedhin lumenj, si shp\u00ebrblim nga Allahu. Shp\u00ebrblimi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb tek Allahu.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[Ale-Imran 3:196]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong style=\"line-height: 1.5\">2. Aspekti Shoq\u00ebror<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Familja \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsi baz\u00eb e \u00e7do shoq\u00ebrie, n\u00ebn hijen e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs formohet dhe mish\u00ebrohet e ardhmja. \u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ambienti i sht\u00ebpis\u00eb ku f\u00ebmija jo vet\u00ebm rritet por merr edhe m\u00ebsimet e para t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Ai ushqehet me moralet, vetit\u00eb dhe virtytet e larta pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb prehrin e n\u00ebn\u00ebs. Aty fiton edukat\u00ebn e duhur dhe merr formimin, bot\u00ebkuptimin dhe zhvillimin e t\u00ebr\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebsive shpirt\u00ebrore, mendore, fizike e kulturore etj.<\/p>\n<p>Familja paraqet marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie shembullore midis burrit dhe gruas si dhe midis prind\u00ebrve dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Vajza<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u00eb dogmat fetare para Islamit lindja e vajz\u00ebs krahasohej si humbje e madhe<a href=\"#_edn10\" name=\"_ednref10\">[10]<\/a> dhe shkaku i mundsh\u00ebm i turp\u00ebrimit.<a href=\"#_edn11\" name=\"_ednref11\">[11]<\/a> Pik\u00ebrisht ishte kjo ide p\u00ebr t\u2019i trajtuar vajzat si burimet e mundshme t\u00eb turp\u00ebrimit q\u00eb shkaktoi praktik\u00ebn e vrasjes s\u00eb vajzave n\u00eb foshnj\u00ebri. Ai u p\u00ebrgjigj \u201cAllahu e shp\u00ebrbleu me xhenet si rezultat t\u00eb k\u00ebtij veprimi\u201d, ose n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb: \u201cAllahu e liroi nga zjarri si shp\u00ebrblim i k\u00ebsaj sjelljeje\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>N\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me q\u00ebndrimin e Bibl\u00ebs, Kurani e vler\u00ebson lindjen e vajz\u00ebs si nj\u00eb dhurat\u00eb dhe bekim prej Zotit, ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb e djalit bile edhe pak m\u00eb e spikatur sepse ai e radhit k\u00ebt\u00eb gjini para gjinis\u00eb mashkullore.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAllahut i takon pushteti mbi qiejt dhe Tok\u00ebn. Ku rr\u00ebnjosen vlerat morale, shpirt\u00ebrore dhe kulturore, ku marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet e nd\u00ebrsjella bazohen mbi sinqeritetin, dashurin\u00eb dhe respektin dhe jo mbi interesa vetjake. Ku dashuria e Zotit l\u00ebshon rr\u00ebnj\u00eb dhe pastaj kjo dashuri shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb burimin e \u00e7do lloj dashurie. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb parajsa k\u00ebtu i p\u00ebrgjigjet edhe parajs\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore tok\u00ebsore edhe asaj qiellore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut\u00a0<sup>s.a.s.<\/sup>\u00a0 u drejtua besimtar\u00ebve duke th\u00ebn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Allahu ju ka ndaluar t\u00eb jeni mosp\u00ebrfill\u00ebs ndaj n\u00ebnave tuaja\u201d. [Buhariu]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ashtu si nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb apo universitet, q\u00eb i ngarkon m\u00ebsuesit dhe pedagog\u00ebt me detyr\u00ebn e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies s\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe student\u00ebve, ato gjithashtu kujdesen q\u00eb m\u00ebsuesit apo pedagog\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb njohuri dhe trajnim t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb. Po n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb Islami jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb i cakton detyrat, por, gjithashtu dikton m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e tyre duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb modele dhe sjellje p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuar. Q\u00eb nga f\u00ebmij\u00ebria, krijohen kushte t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe ambienti m\u00ebsimor ku formohet dhe krijohet m\u00ebsuesja e s\u00eb ardhmes q\u00eb do t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb detyr\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht nga statusi i barabart\u00eb midis dy gjinive, akoma ekziston nj\u00ebfar\u00eb dallimi midis mashkullit dhe femr\u00ebs, q\u00eb buron nga natyra fizike e tyre. Po t\u00eb mos merrej parasysh ky dallim, at\u00ebher\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb kishim dallim midis lojtar\u00ebve meshkuj dhe femra n\u00eb loj\u00ebra sportive. Pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj larmie, ekziston edhe dallimi midis detyrave shoq\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p>Shembulli i funksioneve dhe aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb ndryshme mund t\u00eb kuptohet m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00ebse shohim se vet\u00ebm gruaja mund t\u00eb lind\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb nd\u00ebrsa burri jo, ve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb pajisur me aft\u00ebsi fiziologjike dhe psikologjike si dhe cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera si durimi, but\u00ebsia dhe lidhja unike q\u00eb i b\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr t\u2019i rritur f\u00ebmij\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shoq\u00ebri burri dhe gruaja g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e barabarta. Prandaj Kurani thot\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cBesimtar\u00ebt dhe besimtaret jan\u00eb miq p\u00ebr nj\u00ebri-tjetrin. Ata urdh\u00ebrojn\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhen vepra t\u00eb mira dhe i ndalojn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqijat; falin namazin, japin zeqatin dhe i binden Allahut dhe t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Tij. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb ata q\u00eb do t\u2019i m\u00ebshiroj\u00eb Allahu. Se, Allahu me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb i Plotfuqish\u00ebm dhe i Urt\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>[Et-Taubeh 9:72]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Fjala \u201cevlija\u201d e p\u00ebrdorur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ajet, tregon m\u00eb s\u00eb miri, t\u00eb drejtat dhe detyrat e nd\u00ebrsjella t\u00eb grave, si dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb dhe autoritetet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta q\u00eb ndajn\u00eb meshkujt e grat\u00eb ndaj shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Ndalimi i s\u00eb keqes dhe urdhri i s\u00eb mir\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb orbita e veprimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb saj q\u00eb mbulon t\u00eb gjitha aktivitetet e saj shoq\u00ebrore e politike. Si shembull Kurani p\u00ebrmendet mbret\u00ebresh\u00ebn e Sheb\u00ebs q\u00eb sundonte n\u00eb vendin e saj.<a href=\"#_edn14\" name=\"_ednref14\">[14]<\/a><\/p>\n<h2><strong>2.4. E drejta e arsimit<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Arsimi dhe shkollimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i detyruesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do mysliman apo myslimane. Para Islamit ajo kalonte nj\u00eb jet\u00eb injorante dhe mbizot\u00ebrohej plot\u00ebsisht nga mashkulli. Islami i dha t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb barabarta edhe n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimimit. N\u00eb Islam dija dhe arsimimi jan\u00eb tema t\u00eb theksuara, bile jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebse t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs Islame. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 Kuranit edhe n\u00eb hadithe arsimimi dhe dituria vler\u00ebsohen s\u00eb tep\u00ebrmi. Faktikisht gjith\u00eb synimi i shpalljes hyjnore dhe d\u00ebrgimi i profet\u00ebve te njer\u00ebzit, sipas Kuranit \u00ebsht\u00eb komunikimi i dituris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kuran gjenden shum\u00eb ajete q\u00eb l\u00ebvdojn\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb arsimuar, q\u00eb inkurajojn\u00eb gjurmimin origjinal, k\u00ebrkimin personal dhe denoncojn\u00eb besime t\u00eb kota. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahu\u00a0<sup>savs<\/sup>\u00a0thot\u00eb: \u201cProfet\u00ebt l\u00ebn\u00eb diturin\u00eb si trash\u00ebgim pas tyre dhe t\u00eb diturit trash\u00ebgojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pasuri.\u201d N\u00eb nj\u00eb rast tjet\u00ebr tha: \u201cAi q\u00eb merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr udh\u00ebtim n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb dituris\u00eb, (konsiderohet se) \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb Allahut derisa mbaron k\u00ebt\u00eb udh\u00ebtim.\u201d Prandaj dituria dhe arsimi u trajtuan si pjes\u00eb t\u00eb besimit, dhe si rrjedhoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shtresat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. Profeti i shenjt\u00eb\u00a0<sup>s.a.s.<\/sup>\u00a0tha: \u201cTrajtojini me drejt\u00ebsi student\u00ebt e varf\u00ebr si dhe t\u00eb pasur, q\u00eb ulen para jush p\u00ebr arsim.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Islami e thekson arsimin e femrave jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb fush\u00ebn fetare por edhe n\u00eb at\u00eb laike. K\u00ebtu nuk ka asnj\u00eb dallim dhe t\u00eb dy inkurajohen q\u00eb t\u00eb arsimohen. Profeti i shenjt\u00eb\u00a0<sup>s.a.s.\u00a0<\/sup>thot\u00eb: \u201cK\u00ebrkojeni dijen nga djepi deri n\u00eb varr\u201d (dometh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do mosh\u00eb). Profeti i shenjt\u00eb\u00a0<sup>s.a.s.\u00a0<\/sup>\u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur nj\u00eb her\u00eb se: \u201cK\u00ebrkimi i dituris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb detyra e \u00e7do myslimani dhe myslimaneje\u201d. Ai hapi t\u00eb gjitha rrug\u00ebt p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e dijes. Ai vet\u00eb i m\u00ebsonte grat\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 m\u00ebsonte meshkujt. Kishte caktuar dit\u00eb kur u b\u00ebnte predikime grave. Duke ndjekur udh\u00ebzimet e Kuranit dhe t\u00eb Profetit t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb\u00a0<sup>savs<\/sup>\u00a0nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e grave u shquan n\u00eb arsimin fetar, sidomos n\u00eb shkenc\u00ebn ehadithit apo t\u00eb ligjit fetar. Grat\u00eb myslimane luajt\u00ebn rol t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm n\u00eb krijimin e shum\u00eb institucioneve arsimore Islamike. Sipas dijetarit suni Ibne Asakir t\u00eb shekullit XII, n\u00eb bot\u00ebn Islame t\u00eb mesjet\u00ebs, grat\u00eb kishin mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb barabarta n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e arsimit. Ato mund t\u00eb shkruanin, mund t\u00eb vazhdonin studime t\u00eb larta, mund t\u00eb fitonin grad\u00eb shkencore dhe t\u00eb diplomoheshin si studiuese apo m\u00ebsuese.<a href=\"#_edn15\" name=\"_ednref15\">[15]<\/a> N\u00eb shek.
