Interesi luan forc\u00ebn motivuese kryesore p\u00ebr grumbullimin e kapitalit, i cili pastaj kanalizohet si forc\u00eb t\u00eb pajis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb linj\u00ebn e montimit [1] t\u00eb prodhimit n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje. Defekti \u00ebsht\u00eb se, kur ju nuk jeni n\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb presion p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar m\u00eb shum\u00eb se interesi q\u00eb ju mund t\u00eb paguani, ju humbni t\u00eb gjith\u00eb stimujt dhe \u00e7do ndjenj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse t\u00ebr\u00eb kapitali n\u00eb qarkullim n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet komunist, p\u00ebr shembull, mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb i vlefsh\u00ebm nga pik\u00ebpamja se sa interes mund t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb duke qen\u00eb i depozituar n\u00eb nj\u00eb bank\u00eb, kjo do t\u00eb na njihte me nj\u00ebr\u00ebn an\u00eb t\u00eb tablos\u00eb. Ana tjet\u00ebr e tablos\u00eb mund t\u00eb konceptohet me vler\u00ebsimin e ekonomis\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb baz\u00eb humbje dhe fitimi. Natyrisht, kjo do t\u00eb paraqiste shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikime si vler\u00ebsimi i pagave etj. Un\u00eb besoj se nga q\u00eb shteti b\u00ebhet kapitalisti, \u00ebsht\u00eb i privuar nga nj\u00eb sistem monitorimi p\u00ebr ta paralajm\u00ebruar at\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebshtimet, humbjet dhe gabimet, n\u00eb lidhje me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn q\u00eb ai trajton kapitalin shtet\u00ebror, sepse ai nuk ka detyrime financiare p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur dhe mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb kapital pa p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi. Nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb plot me rreziqe t\u00eb pandara. Mungesa e interesit personal dhe nj\u00eb sistemi paralajm\u00ebrimi mbi fitimin apo humbjen, i rrjedhur nga p\u00ebrdorimi i kapitalit, shkakton rr\u00ebnim n\u00eb raportin sasi materiali hyrje-sasi prodhimi dalje. Sasia e humbjes vazhdon t\u00eb rritet.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00ebrish, nuk ka kontroll t\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e kanalizimit t\u00eb kapitalit. Nj\u00eb problem tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb se shtetet komuniste k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb shpenzime shum\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr mbrojtjen, v\u00ebzhgimin dhe deg\u00ebt e zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit brenda vendit. Gj\u00ebrat e tjera edhe n\u00ebse do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb barabarta, kjo k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb shp\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtuar t\u00eb shpenzimeve p\u00ebr mbrojtjen dhe ruajtjen e ligjit dhe rendit. K\u00ebta dhe faktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb ngjash\u00ebm p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb taks\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb mbi ekonomin\u00eb. Natyrisht, rr\u00ebnimi p\u00ebrfundimtar i ekonomis\u00eb mund t\u00eb shtyhet, por nuk mund t\u00eb shmanget krejt\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p><b>Koncepti Islamik<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa komunizmi nuk siguron nxitje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar e t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb t\u00eb prodhimit t\u00eb mirave materiale, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 munges\u00ebs s\u00eb fajdes\u00eb (interesit t\u00eb kredis\u00eb), Islami e siguron k\u00ebt\u00eb nxitje. Islami shmang sistemin e fajdes\u00eb pa pasur problemet specifike t\u00eb bot\u00ebs komuniste. N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb kapitalit t\u00eb hequr t\u00eb fajdes\u00eb, Islami kontrollon kapitalin e vdekur n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet kanaleve jo produktive. N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb kapitaliste, kapitali \u00ebsht\u00eb grumbulluar n\u00eb duart e pak vetave nga lakmia p\u00ebr t\u00eb shtuar kapitalin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet grumbullimit t\u00eb interesit dhe riciklimit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb ekonomi me vendosjen e taks\u00ebs q\u00eb jep nj\u00eb fitim m\u00eb t\u00eb madh sesa norma e interesit. N\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj, ekonomia \u00ebsht\u00eb e detyruar t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb n\u00eb re\u00e7ension.
