(Kurani 21:108)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Historia bot\u00ebrore \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshmitare se para se t\u00eb vinte Kurani, gruaja n\u00eb \u00e7do kultur\u00eb t\u00eb bot\u00ebs, po shtypej nga mizoria dhe padrejt\u00ebsia. N\u00eb Greqin\u00eb e lasht\u00eb, n\u00eb Egjipt, Irak, Indi apo Kin\u00eb, n\u00eb \u00e7do cep t\u00eb Tok\u00ebs grat\u00eb ishin n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb dhun\u00ebs dhe barbaris\u00eb, dhe askush nuk i d\u00ebgjonte hallet e tyre. Ato bliheshin si objekt k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsie e zbavitjejep\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar d\u00ebshirat epshore, dhe silleshin m\u00eb keq se kafsh\u00ebt. Kultura arabe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte dy prirje t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb dominonin liria seksuale, p\u00ebrzierje t\u00eb shfrenuara t\u00eb meshkujve e femrave, pirja e alkoolit dhe shfaqje d\u00ebfryese, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr disa fise arabe e konsideronin gjinin\u00eb fem\u00ebrore si njoll\u00eb t\u00eb turpshme p\u00ebr ta, prandaj i varrosnin p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli vajzat e tyre t\u00eb sapolindura. Poligamia nuk njihte asnj\u00eb kufi, dhe nj\u00eb mashkull mund t\u00eb merrte p\u00ebr gra aq sa donte. Disa her\u00eb i biri trash\u00ebgonte t\u00eb vejat e t\u00eb atit dhe i konsideronte prona t\u00eb tij, dhe nganj\u00ebher\u00eb i merrnin p\u00ebr gra edhe motrat biologjike. Grat\u00eb nuk merrnin asnj\u00eb hise n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimi. N\u00ebse dikujt nuk i lindte djal\u00eb, pronat e saj i p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsonin v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit, duke privuar at\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjitha vajzat e saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Indi, pas vdekjes s\u00eb burrit, e veja digjej p\u00ebr s\u00eb gjalli bashk\u00eb me trupin e bashk\u00ebshortit. N\u00ebse dikush i shp\u00ebtonte nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimi t\u00eb till\u00eb, i ndalohej rrept\u00ebsisht martesa e dyt\u00eb, duke e quajtur nj\u00eb m\u00ebkat t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Ajo detyrohej t\u00eb kalonte gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebn n\u00eb rroba t\u00eb bardha, dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i rrobave me ngjyr\u00eb apo ndonj\u00eb zbukurimi nga ana e saj konsiderohej nj\u00eb shkelje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Kultura indiane e trajtonte si mbathja e k\u00ebmb\u00ebve. Disa doktrina fetare e konsideronin gruan si burimin e s\u00eb keqes dhe der\u00ebn e lig\u00ebsis\u00eb, madje mish\u00ebrimin e m\u00ebkatit.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, gruaja nuk g\u00ebzonte asnj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb denj\u00eb pothuaj n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kulturat bot\u00ebrore. Ajo shikohej me p\u00ebrbuzje e p\u00ebr\u00e7mim, dhe i mohoheshin t\u00eb drejtat shoq\u00ebrore, ekonomike, politike madje edhe disa nga t\u00eb drejtat themelore njer\u00ebzore. Ajo nuk mund t\u00eb kryente lirisht shitblerje. N\u00eb fillim i duhej t&#8217;i n\u00ebnshtrohej babait, pastaj bashk\u00ebshortit dhe n\u00eb fund f\u00ebmij\u00ebve. Ajo nuk kishte vullnet t\u00eb lir\u00eb, madje as t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e protest\u00ebs. Ndon\u00ebse, n\u00eb disa shoq\u00ebri grat\u00eb g\u00ebzonin edhe pozita t\u00eb larta, por kjo p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte situata shum\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00eb drejtat e grave dhe Profeti Muhammed s.a.v.s.<\/h2>\n<p>Kjo ishte gjendja e bij\u00ebs s\u00eb Ev\u00ebs n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb ndryshme, para se t\u00eb vinte prij\u00ebsi i profet\u00ebve, m\u00ebshira p\u00ebr mbar\u00eb njer\u00ebzimin, i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut Muhammedi<sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb. Feja q\u00eb p\u00ebrcolli ai, parashtroi m\u00ebsime t\u00eb p\u00ebrsosura q\u00eb shk\u00eblqenin n\u00eb \u00e7do aspekt t\u00eb jet\u00ebs shoq\u00ebrore. K\u00ebto m\u00ebsime garantuan edhe mbrojtjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave, dhe p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> e ngriti gruan e shtypur dhe e shfryt\u00ebzuar padrejt\u00ebsisht, dhe i dha nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb dinjitoze.<\/p>\n<p>Znj. T\u00eb qenit grua ishte nj\u00eb krim i r\u00ebnd\u00eb, dhe ajo mbetej gjithnj\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mizorive. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebtij krimi t\u00eb pafalsh\u00ebm, ajo merrte k\u00ebto d\u00ebnime gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Ajo sikur ishte gur apo zhavorr, q\u00eb nuk kishte ndjenja e as vet\u00ebdije. Ai t\u00eb siguron t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat dhe t\u00eb \u00e7liron nga k\u00ebto mizori, dhe ti s\u00ebrish fiton statusin e njeriut.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebrgoji atij mir\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsi qindra-qindra salavate n\u00eb dit\u00eb, sepse ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Muhammed Mustafaja i shenjt\u00eb, prij\u00ebs i t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarve t\u00eb Zotit&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>T\u00eb drejtat e grave dhe m\u00ebsimet islame rreth tyre<\/h2>\n<p>Burimi i t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebsimeve islame jan\u00eb Kurani Fam\u00eblart\u00eb, praktika profetike (suneti) dhe hadithet, dhe t\u00eb tria k\u00ebto bashkohen n\u00eb qenien e t\u00eb D\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Allahut<sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> Prandaj, k\u00ebdo nga k\u00ebto tri burime q\u00eb do t\u00eb parashtrojm\u00eb ne, vjen fal\u00eb qenies s\u00eb tij fisnike<sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup>. Kurani zbriti tek ai, m\u00ebsimet e t\u00eb cilit ai p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsoi p\u00ebrmes porosive dhe praktik\u00ebs s\u00eb tij t\u00eb denj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ne mund t\u00eb shprehim me plot goj\u00eb se m\u00ebsimet e Islamit p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave dhe porosit\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr mir\u00ebsjellje ndaj tyre, nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb krahasim me m\u00ebsimet e feve t\u00eb tjera. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> vendosi shembujt m\u00eb t\u00eb bukur t\u00eb k\u00ebtij m\u00ebsimi duke e zbatuar n\u00eb sjelljen e tij ndaj grave.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00ebsimi q\u00eb solli i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> n\u00eb form\u00ebn e Kuranit Fam\u00eblart\u00eb, e konsideron mashkullin e femr\u00ebn t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb dhe nuk b\u00ebn asnj\u00eb dallim midis tyre p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket qenies s\u00eb tyre njer\u00ebzore. Kini druajtje ndaj Zotit tuaj q\u00eb ju krijoi prej nj\u00eb fryme t\u00eb vetme dhe prej saj krijoi \u00e7iftin e saj dhe p\u00ebrmes atyre t\u00eb dyve, p\u00ebrhapi shum\u00eb burra e gra. Kini druajtje ndaj Allahut (n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb) t\u00eb cilit ju i k\u00ebrkoni nj\u00ebri-tjetrit dhe ruani lidhjet farefisnore! Allahu pa dyshim \u00ebsht\u00eb Mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebsi juaj. (en-Nisa 4:2)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>T\u00eb nderuar zonja e zot\u00ebrinj! Ishte Islami i cili deklaroi ashtu si\u00e7 burrat g\u00ebzojn\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet shoq\u00ebrore dhe sociale, po ashtu edhe grat\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejtat e tyre. Si rregull, ato kan\u00eb po aq t\u00eb drejta (mbi burrat) sa kan\u00eb detyrime (ndaj tyre). IX, f. 303)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Islami nuk b\u00ebn dallim midis gjinive n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet shpirt\u00ebrore<\/h2>\n<p>Meq\u00eb para Islamit, grat\u00eb shtypeshin n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kulturat, prandaj ai u kujdes ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e tyre n\u00eb m\u00ebsimet e tij. Nj\u00eb sure e t\u00ebr\u00eb u shpall lidhur me t\u00eb drejtat e saj, dhe meq\u00eb fjala en-Nisa (d.m.th. grat\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur disa her\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sure, k\u00ebtij kapitulli i ishte v\u00ebn\u00eb emri en-Nisa dhe k\u00ebshtu ky fakt u p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsua se \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm Islami i cili p\u00ebrfshin gjer\u00ebsisht t\u00eb drejtat e grave dhe i mbron ato. Islami nuk b\u00ebn asnj\u00eb dallim midis mashkullit dhe femr\u00ebs p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket mund\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur mir\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe devotshm\u00ebrin\u00eb, apo ngritjen shpirt\u00ebrore dhe shp\u00ebrblimet e tyre. Veprat e mira kan\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb si p\u00ebr burrat ashtu edhe p\u00ebr grat\u00eb. P.sh. Ai i tha: At\u00ebher\u00eb ktheja kopshtin q\u00eb ke marr\u00eb n\u00eb <em>mehr<\/em>, dhe jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb&#8221;.\u00a0(Buhariu, nr. i hadithit 5276)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Nj\u00eb hadith i ngjash\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb si vijon:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Ibni Abasi <sup>r.a.<\/sup> rr\u00ebfen se nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb e pamartuar shkoi te Profeti Muhammed <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> dhe i tha se babai i saj ka vendosur p\u00ebr martes\u00ebn e saj, por ajo nuk e pranon. Profeti Muhammed <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> i dha t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb da\u00e7 t\u00eb vazhdonte lidhjen martesore e da\u00e7 ta nd\u00ebrpriste at\u00eb&#8221;.\u00a0(Ebu Daudi)<\/p>\n<p>Fjalimi i lamtumir\u00ebs i Profetit <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> p\u00ebrb\u00ebn rregullat e porosit\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jet\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fjalim, i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> u ndal ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejtat e grave dhe tha: O njer\u00ebz, ju keni disa t\u00eb drejta ndaj bashk\u00ebshorteve tuaja, dhe, edhe bashk\u00ebshortet tuaja kan\u00eb disa t\u00eb drejta ndaj jush. E drejta juaj mbi to \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ato t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb d\u00eblir\u00ebsisht dhe t\u00eb mos b\u00ebjn\u00eb ndonj\u00eb veprim t\u00eb ul\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u2019ju shkaktoj\u00eb \u00e7nderim n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Jeni t\u00eb obliguar t\u2019i ushqeni e t\u2019i vishni sipas mund\u00ebsis\u00eb suaj. Mbani mend! Gjithmon\u00eb silluni mir\u00eb me bashk\u00ebshortet tuaja, sepse Zoti i Lart\u00ebsuar ju ka ngarkuar me kujdesin p\u00ebr to&#8221;.\u00a0(Tirmidhiu)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>M\u00ebsimet e Islamit p\u00ebrputhen me natyr\u00ebn dhe dinjitetin e gruas<\/h2>\n<p>Sot qytet\u00ebrimi per\u00ebndimor i cakton gruas disa t\u00eb drejta, por jo sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb grua, por at\u00ebher\u00eb kur ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e gatshme t&#8217;i p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb detyrat nj\u00ebsoj si nj\u00eb mashkull. Nd\u00ebrsa feja q\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>s.a.v.s.<\/sup> i siguron nderin dhe t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat, dhe i p\u00ebrcakton vet\u00ebm ato detyra q\u00eb i ka ngarkuar natyra. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi i dob\u00ebti duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e tij. Popujt per\u00ebndimor\u00eb pas shum\u00eb protestash, debatesh dhe fushatash kan\u00eb pranuar disa nga t\u00eb drejtat themelore p\u00ebr gruan, dhe ky konsiderohet favor ndaj tyre. Nd\u00ebrsa Islami i siguroi ato t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb i ishin mohuar prej shekujsh, dhe jo sepse grat\u00eb po protestonin dhe luftonin p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar k\u00ebto t\u00eb drejta, por sepse ato ishin t\u00eb drejtat e tyre t\u00eb natyrshme dhe u takonin atyre.<\/p>\n<p>Sot n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb barazis\u00eb gjinore, kultura per\u00ebndimore ka vendosur gruan n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ka asnj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb n\u00eb Islam. Islami i njeh ato t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten nga natyra njer\u00ebzore, dhe t\u00eb cilat ia sigurojn\u00eb nj\u00eb pozit\u00eb t\u00eb nderuar dhe dinjitoze n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Duke akuzuar m\u00ebsimet e Islamit, dhe pohuar se \u00ebsht\u00eb pishtar i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave, a ka harruar Evropa kapitujt e tmerrit dhe barbaris\u00eb ndaj tyre q\u00eb njollosin historin\u00eb e saj? Nuk ka kaluar shum\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb edhe grat\u00eb evropiane privoheshin nga t\u00eb drejtat e tyre themelore. A kjo shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb veten e quan t\u00eb emancipuar, ka harruar historit\u00eb e tmerrshme t\u00eb ekzekutimit t\u00eb mij\u00ebra grave duke i deklaruar magjistare etj.?<\/p>\n<p>Edhe k\u00ebtu n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, gruaja konsiderohej pron\u00eb e mashkullit. Ajo nuk kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb dilte si d\u00ebshmitare. Vet\u00ebm dje, pra, deri n\u00eb vitin 1891, n\u00eb Angli, Gjermani, Norvegji, Amerik\u00eb dhe n\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera Skandinave, gruaja nuk kishte asnj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb pron\u00ebsie mbi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb e meshkujve. Disa nga shkrimtaret e asaj kohe, u detyruan t\u00eb p\u00ebrdornin pseudonime mashkullore.<\/p>\n<p>Kalifi yn\u00eb i dashur <sup>a.b.a.<\/sup> duke trajtuar t\u00eb ashtuquajturat lirit\u00eb e grave n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e liris\u00eb dhe aktivist\u00ebt p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e gruas n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb ngren\u00eb slogane, por rrjedhimisht gjejm\u00eb m\u00eb pak liri por m\u00eb shum\u00eb imoralitet dhe shthurje. Evropa n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb gruas, e ka paraqitur me aq shum\u00eb keqardhje, saq\u00eb i ka mohuar dinjitetin e saj. Grat\u00eb tona nuk duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb asnj\u00eb lloj inferioriteti. Tashm\u00eb na duhet t\u00eb afrojm\u00eb bot\u00ebn me fen\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave.<\/p>\n<p>Njer\u00ebzit e zakonsh\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk thellohen n\u00eb shqyrtimin e bot\u00ebkuptimit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ndikohen nga mendimet e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Ata fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb kritikojn\u00eb m\u00ebsimet e Islamit lidhur me t\u00eb drejtat e grave, por p\u00ebr sa u p\u00ebrket studiuesve dhe intelektual\u00ebve t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm per\u00ebndimor\u00eb, ata e shohin vet\u00ebm Islamin, si shp\u00ebtimtar dhe mbrojt\u00ebsi gjinis\u00eb fem\u00ebrore.
