Islami e hedh posht\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb nocion. Nj\u00eb her\u00eb Profeti i shenjt\u00eb <i><sup>savs<\/sup><\/i> iu p\u00ebrgjigj nj\u00eb pasuesi q\u00eb ia kishte k\u00ebrkuar shpjegimin e interesit. Profeti u shpreh: \u201cA paraja jote pjell para\u201d, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebse ajo rri kot, a mund t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishohet dhe t\u00eb shtohet vetvetiu? Sigurisht p\u00ebrgjigjja ishte \u201cJO\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Nga kjo ne m\u00ebsojm\u00eb q\u00eb Islami e konsideron pasurin\u00eb si element i pal\u00ebvizsh\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00eb ekonomi. V\u00ebrtet nj\u00eb element, por i mpir\u00eb, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb luaj\u00eb rolin pozitiv si dhe at\u00eb negativ, duke u varur prej atij q\u00eb e p\u00ebrdor.\u00a0 Prandaj, paraja duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pleksur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb harmonishme me vlerat njer\u00ebzore, para se t\u00eb jap\u00eb rezultate t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruara. N\u00ebse dikush merr parat\u00eb tuaja, me kusht q\u00eb do t\u2019ju jap\u00eb interesin por d\u00ebshton duke humbur \u00e7do gj\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ai, ose duhet t\u2019ju rikthej\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ju takon gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb jet\u00ebs ose t\u00eb shpall\u00eb\u00a0 falimentimin e tij. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ky sistem gjithashtu preket nga lloj-lloj mashtrimesh dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb ne e hasim n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. N\u00eb Angli, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht k\u00ebto dit\u00eb, kjo metod\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e p\u00ebrhapur dhe mashtruesit po e p\u00ebrdorin k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb p\u00ebrfitime, dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb g\u00eblltitur para t\u00eb shumta dhe n\u00eb fund deklarojn\u00eb se kan\u00eb falimentuar. K\u00ebshtu me k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz fundoset edhe ekonomia e miliona njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n<p>Islami nuk pranon tez\u00ebn q\u00eb paraja riprodhohet vetvetiu. Islami p\u00ebrkrah zot\u00ebrimin e aksioneve, nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me an\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs kreditori do t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00ebn n\u00eb rezultatet p\u00ebrfundimtare. N\u00ebse rezultati \u00ebsht\u00eb i keq, at\u00ebher\u00eb edhe ai do t\u00eb p\u00ebsoj\u00eb humbje, por n\u00ebse ai sh\u00ebnon fitime, edhe ai do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb prej tyre. Tashti, kjo k\u00ebrkon vendime t\u00eb matura dhe t\u00eb kujdesshme, nga ana e kreditorit, dhe standarde t\u00eb larta t\u00eb ndershm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe moralit n\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb ekonomike, p\u00ebrndryshe ky sistem nuk mund t\u00eb veproj\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb rrje-dha e k\u00ebtij sistemi gjithmon\u00eb do t\u2019i sjell\u00eb dobi shoq\u00ebris\u00eb; n\u00eb treg do t\u00eb mbeten vet\u00ebm ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb fituar reputacionin e ndershm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe kan\u00eb fam\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. T\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, thjesht do t\u00eb zhduken. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi i Islamit.<\/p>\n<p>Por pjesa e dyt\u00eb e pyetjes mbetet ende p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrgjigjur: <strong>\u201cSi do ta detyroj\u00eb Islami kapitalin, t\u00eb depozitohet n\u00eb kanale t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb?&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Islami e fut n\u00eb pun\u00eb metod\u00ebn e vendosjes s\u00eb taks\u00ebs progresive mbi kapitalin e bllokuar. Andaj, sipas tij, kapitali \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar p\u00ebrpara zhvillimin dhe forcimin e ekonomis\u00eb\u00a0 dhe askush nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb ta pengoj\u00eb at\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb ata detyrohen t\u00eb derdhin kapitalin e tyre n\u00eb ekonomi, dhe aty, si\u00e7 kam shpjeguar edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb, duhen njer\u00ebz m\u00eb t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, mjaft kompetent dhe t\u00eb aft\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb kapitalin dhe t\u00eb nxjerrin p\u00ebrfitime prej tij.<\/p>\n<p>Tani, n\u00ebse kthehemi n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe v\u00ebshtrojm\u00eb historin\u00eb e Islamit, ju do t\u00eb m\u00ebsoni q\u00eb edhe at\u00ebher\u00eb kishte gjithashtu njer\u00ebz t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm dhe fisnik\u00eb q\u00eb ishin si t\u00eb thuash, \u201ckapitalist\u00eb\u201d m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj, q\u00eb investonin kapitalin p\u00ebr dobin\u00eb e ekonomis\u00eb. Hazret Imam Abu Hanifa <sup>(Allahu e m\u00ebshiroft\u00eb)<\/sup>, nj\u00eb nga jurist\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb nderuar n\u00eb Islam, sistemi i ligjeve i t\u00eb cilit sot ndiqet nga nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb d\u00ebrrmuese myslimane, ishte edhe tregtar i zgjuar. Njer\u00ebzit i jepnin parat\u00eb p\u00ebr tregti. Disa l\u00ebshonin qese t\u00eb mbushura me lek\u00eb te pragu i der\u00ebs s\u00eb tij me mesazhin, q\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb lutemi p\u00ebr Zotin, investojini k\u00ebto dhe na jepni nga p\u00ebrfitimet. Prandaj, n\u00ebse ai i p\u00ebrdorte ato para, ai gjithashtu u jepte p\u00ebrfitimet e tyre. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebrfitonin nga zot\u00ebsia dhe p\u00ebrvoja e tij\u00a0 dhe k\u00ebshtu ndodhi n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste t\u00eb tjera. N\u00eb sistemin ekonomik t\u00eb Islamit inkurajohet ndershm\u00ebria, nd\u00ebrsa sistemi q\u00eb bazohet n\u00eb interes, dhe q\u00eb e v\u00eb pandershm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e mashtrimit n\u00eb krye.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithsesi, mendoj q\u00eb kjo pyetje k\u00ebrkon m\u00eb shum\u00eb shqyrtim\u00a0 dhe hulumtim, n\u00eb nj\u00eb aspekt t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb. P\u00ebrparimi ose paleverdishm\u00ebria krahasuese midis k\u00ebtyre dy sistemeve t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta, del n\u00eb shesh gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs financiare, ashtu si\u00e7 e pam\u00eb n\u00eb Angli. Ato firma q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb mbi kapitalin e huazuar me interes, falimentojn\u00eb gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs financiare. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr mbijetes\u00ebn e tyre, sepse ato detyrohen t\u00eb shlyejn\u00eb borxhet, ndon\u00ebse\u00a0 nuk fitojn\u00eb asnj\u00eb lek dhe as nuk p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga borxhet. Nd\u00ebrsa Islami mban nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim krejt t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt. N\u00ebse ai q\u00eb merr borxh nuk i shfryt\u00ebzon parat\u00eb dhe nuk fiton prej tyre, dhe gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs financiare detyrohet t\u00eb ul\u00eb prodhimin, at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb, edhe kreditori duhet t\u00eb mbart\u00eb barr\u00ebn e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kreditorit nuk do t\u2019i jepet asgj\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb sistemi i paraqitur nga Islami siguron mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e letargjis\u00eb dhe rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjes, nd\u00ebrsa sistemi kapitalist per\u00ebndimor nuk ka masa t\u00eb tilla.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetja e m\u00ebposhtme gjithashtu ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin rast, dhe andaj \u00ebsht\u00eb vazhdim i p\u00ebrgjigjes s\u00eb m\u00ebparshme dhe kjo i p\u00ebrgjigjet sistemit kapitalist per\u00ebndimor dhe p\u00ebrkon me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet bashk\u00ebkohore.<\/p>\n<p><b>Pyetje:<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><b>P\u00ebrse Islami ndalon p\u00ebrdorimin e interesit?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><b>P\u00ebrgjigje:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pyetje e shkurt\u00ebr q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrgjigje t\u00eb holl\u00ebsishme, dhe kam frik\u00eb se nuk kemi koh\u00eb t\u00eb mjaftueshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb takim p\u00ebr t\u00eb trajtuar vet\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje. T\u00eb gjitha sistemet financiare q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb me interes, quhen sisteme kapitaliste. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto kan\u00eb mang\u00ebsi t\u00eb brendshme, por jo vet\u00ebm disa, por ato mang\u00ebsi jan\u00eb t\u00eb shumta, dhe gjithmon\u00eb i \u00e7ojn\u00eb njer\u00ebzit drejt vuajtjeve dhe mjerimit, pavar\u00ebsisht q\u00eb ata nuk do t\u00eb ken\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt. Un\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb pres derisa t\u00eb kem fituar mjaft, p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar d\u00ebshir\u00ebn time, kurse sistemi i interesit m\u00eb jep mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb marr borxh nga bankat. N\u00eb fakt duke vepruar k\u00ebshtu, un\u00eb po marr hua nga e ardhmja ime, k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, b\u00ebhem m\u00eb i varf\u00ebr dhe dikur b\u00ebhet pothuajse e pamundur t\u00eb laj borxhin q\u00eb kisha marr\u00eb. Tani ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb problem individual. Tani dhe m\u00eb tutje, ky shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb problem komb\u00ebtar dhe vijon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb i nd\u00ebrlikuar.<\/p>\n<p>Industrit\u00eb q\u00eb lul\u00ebzojn\u00eb mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem, n\u00eb fakt, plot\u00ebsojn\u00eb nevojat e dit\u00ebs, ose t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti, dhe zhvillohen mbi k\u00ebrkesat q\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, por jan\u00eb ngritur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb artificiale. Si rrjedhim, n\u00eb raste t\u00eb tilla, shfaqet kriza ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>Tani, ato vende q\u00eb tregtia e tyre ka shtrirje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb n\u00eb vende t\u00eb huaja, p\u00ebr t\u2019u mb\u00ebshtetur gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre krizave financiare, mund t\u2019ia dalin mban\u00eb p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht. Por kur nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb vendesh bien nj\u00ebherazi n\u00eb kriz\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pothuajse e pamundur q\u00eb k\u00ebto vende me ekonomi artificiale t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje.
