Pas 9\/11 nj\u00eb p\u00ebrplasje e till\u00eb po duket e pashmangshme midis kultur\u00ebs myslimane e asaj Per\u00ebndimore. N\u00ebse n\u00eb nj\u00eb an\u00eb raportet mediatike p\u00ebr Lindjen e Mesme formojn\u00eb opinionin e publikut, po ashtu gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit, n\u00eb shtetet myslimane kan\u00eb ndodhur disa ngjarje shokuese t\u00eb barbaris\u00eb, mizoris\u00eb dhe injoranc\u00ebs, q\u00eb kan\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur perceptimin se Islami u kund\u00ebrvihet vlerave moderne, dhe si i till\u00eb mysliman\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrputhen me kultur\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, \u00e7oroditja dhe hutimi e musliman\u00ebve lidhur me disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje, ku pik\u00ebpamjet e tyre n\u00eb disa raste nuk pajtohen as me Kuranin e as me Profetin Muhammed<sup>sas<\/sup>, kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb krijimin e disa miteve e mistereve rreth Islamit, q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb at\u00eb akoma m\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u kuptuar. Nj\u00eb prej k\u00ebtyre iluzioneve, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb forcuar vet\u00eb nga sjellja e nj\u00eb pakice t\u00eb vog\u00ebl myslimane, \u00ebsht\u00eb se Islami ndalon lirin\u00eb e shprehjes duke penguar kritik\u00ebn dhe duke d\u00ebnuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb blasfemin\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb reagimi i ashp\u00ebr, protestat e dhunshme, kanosjet, madje edhe vrasjet e kryera nga nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb e vog\u00ebl muslimane, me akuz\u00ebn e blasfemis\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb shkrimeve, filmave dhe karikaturave etj, vet\u00ebm e kan\u00eb forcuar k\u00ebt\u00eb perceptim.<\/p>\n<p>Duke par\u00eb skena t\u00eb tilla makabre e \u00e7njer\u00ebzore, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e bot\u00ebs jomuslimane kan\u00eb krijuar opinionin, se Islami duke nd\u00ebshkuar individ\u00ebt q\u00eb shprehin mendime t\u00eb cilat konsiderohen si ofenduese, fyese apo edhe kontradiktore me m\u00ebsimet e Islamit, e mbyt lirin\u00eb e shprehjes. Ndon\u00ebse t\u00eb gjitha ato p\u00ebrpjekje q\u00eb baltosin e njollosin m\u00ebsimet e Islamit dhe figur\u00ebn e Profetit Muhammed<sup>sas<\/sup> si dhe reagime t\u00eb dhunshme ndaj blasfemuesve, d\u00ebnohen paq\u00ebsisht nga shumica d\u00ebrrmuese e musliman\u00ebve anemban\u00eb bot\u00ebs, k\u00ebta z\u00ebra t\u00eb arsyes mbyten nga reagime ekstreme dhe thirrje p\u00ebr hakmarrje t\u00eb dhunshme nga nj\u00eb shtres\u00eb e vog\u00ebl brenda bot\u00ebs muslimane. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr perceptimit t\u00eb shumic\u00ebs, Islami nuk p\u00ebrcakton asnj\u00eb lloj d\u00ebnimi p\u00ebr blasfemin\u00eb, madje k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohet diskutimit intelektual.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Kuranit, Zoti qysh prej koh\u00ebs s\u00eb lasht\u00eb, ka d\u00ebrguar profet\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, dhe ata gjat\u00eb misionit t\u00eb tyre, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me sharje, shpifje dhe akuza nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb pahijshmet nga bashk\u00ebkomb\u00ebsit e tyre.[1] Ata jan\u00eb quajtur \u201cmagjistar\u201d, \u201cg\u00ebnjeshtar\u201d[2], \u201ct\u00eb marr\u00eb\u201d[3], \u201ctrillues\u201d[4] dhe \u201cmendjeleht\u00eb\u201d[5] etj., por n\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend Kurani nuk p\u00ebrmend d\u00ebnim fizik p\u00ebr blasfemin\u00eb, si me rrahje me kamxhik, vrasje apo di\u00e7ka tjet\u00ebr. Madje n\u00eb asnj\u00eb vend t\u00eb Kuranit, nuk thuhet se ata q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb pahijshme kund\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarve t\u00eb Zotit, nd\u00ebshkohen p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb tilla nga njeriu. P\u00ebrkundrazi, Kurani urdh\u00ebron besimtar\u00ebt t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrdorin gjuh\u00ebn ofenduese ndaj kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. Ai thot\u00eb \u201cMos i shani ata q\u00eb (idhujtar\u00ebt) i th\u00ebrrasin n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Allahut, ndryshe edhe ata do t\u00eb shajn\u00eb Allahun armiq\u00ebsisht nga padija.\u201d[6] Nd\u00ebrsa duke treguar sjelljen e besimtar\u00ebve, Kurani thot\u00eb: \u201cRob\u00ebrit e t\u00eb Gjith\u00ebm\u00ebshirshmit jan\u00eb ata, q\u00eb ecin p\u00ebrul\u00ebsisht n\u00ebp\u00ebr Tok\u00eb, dhe kur injorant\u00ebt u drejtohen atyre, ata p\u00ebrgjigjen \u201cpaqe qoft\u00eb!\u201d.[7] K\u00ebto ajete tregojn\u00eb se Zoti \u00ebsht\u00eb Ai q\u00eb do t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb rastin e atyre q\u00eb blasfemojn\u00eb armiq\u00ebsisht kund\u00ebr Profetit, por musliman\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur ndonj\u00eb d\u00ebnim kund\u00ebr tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Hazret Mirza Tahir Ahmedi, Kalifi IV<sup>ra<\/sup> pas nj\u00eb studimi t\u00eb thell\u00eb rreth k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtje, nxjerr k\u00ebt\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_591\" style=\"width: 160px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/al\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/01\/hazrat-mirza-tahir-ahmad-sahib-223118342.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-591\" class=\"wp-image-591 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/al\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2015\/01\/hazrat-mirza-tahir-ahmad-sahib-223118342-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"hazrat-mirza-tahir-ahmad-sahib-223118342\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-591\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Hazret Mirza Tahir Ahmed (r.a.), Kalifi i Kat\u00ebrt i Mesihut t\u00eb Premtuar<\/p><\/div>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0\u201cIslami duke i garantuar njeriut lirin\u00eb e shprehjes, hedh nj\u00eb hap m\u00eb tutje n\u00eb krahasim me fet\u00eb e tjera. Edhe pse Islami e d\u00ebnon blasfemin\u00eb mbi bazat morale dhe etike, ai karshi perceptimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb bot\u00ebs moderne, nuk lejon asnj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim fizik p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Edhe pse kam studiuar Kuranin Fam\u00eblart\u00eb holl\u00ebsisht dhe vazhdimisht me p\u00ebrqendrim t\u00eb thell\u00eb, nuk kam arritur t\u00eb gjej as edhe nj\u00eb ajet, q\u00eb e p\u00ebrkufizon blasfemin\u00eb si nj\u00eb krim i d\u00ebnuesh\u00ebm prej njeriut.<br \/>\nNdon\u00ebse, Kurani Fam\u00eblart\u00eb e d\u00ebnon sjelljen p\u00ebrbuz\u00ebse, fjal\u00ebt e pahijshme, apo fyerjen dhe l\u00ebndimin e ndjenjave t\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, me ose pa argument e arsye, Islami as nuk e mbron d\u00ebnimin e blasfemis\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb, por as nuk ia beson k\u00ebt\u00eb autoritet dikujt tjet\u00ebr.\u201d[8]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2><strong>D\u00ebnimet kund\u00ebr blasfemis\u00eb jan\u00eb anti-islame<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u00eb bot\u00eb, pothuaj 47% e shteteve kan\u00eb ligje q\u00eb d\u00ebnojn\u00eb blasfemin\u00eb, apostazin\u00eb, shpifjet dhe urrejtjen fetare, nd\u00ebrsa pothuaj t\u00eb gjitha vendet me shumic\u00eb myslimane kan\u00eb ligje t\u00eb tilla kriminale.[9] Sa her\u00eb q\u00eb publikohet di\u00e7ka me p\u00ebrmbajtje blasfemike duke gojosur Zotin dhe Profetin Muhammed<sup>sas<\/sup>, klerik\u00eb, lider\u00eb politik\u00eb dhe n\u00eb disa raste edhe qeveri t\u00eb vendeve myslimane b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr ta implikuar blasfemuesin me burgim, ekzekutim apo d\u00ebnime t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb ashpra. Ai ka p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr ta nj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim posht\u00ebrues. [10]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ky ajet tregon se ata q\u00eb e fyejn\u00eb Allahun dhe vendosin pengesa n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, do t\u00eb d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet e tyre. Zoti i mallkon dhe shpreh zem\u00ebrimin ndaj tyre, duke i privuar ata nga m\u00ebshira e mir\u00ebsia e Tij. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb posht\u00ebrim p\u00ebr ta n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb jet\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb jet\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, i pret nj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim akoma m\u00eb i madh. P\u00ebrjashtim b\u00ebjn\u00eb ata q\u00eb pendohen para se t\u00eb vij\u00eb ky \u00e7ast. Ta dini se Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb Fal\u00ebs e M\u00ebshir\u00ebplot\u00eb.[11]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ata i barazojn\u00eb format fyese t\u00eb shprehjes me shpalljen e luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr Zotit. Kjo tentativ\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019i veshur Kuranit nj\u00eb kuptim inekzistent \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb d\u00ebmprur\u00ebse sesa nj\u00eb karikatur\u00eb provokuese ndaj Profetit Muhammed<sup>sas<\/sup>. Ky ajet nuk ka asnj\u00eb lidhje as me blasfemin\u00eb e as me apostazin\u00eb. Ky ajet shprehimisht u referohet atyre q\u00eb hidhen n\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr e barbare kund\u00ebr mysliman\u00ebve p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb besimit t\u00eb tyre, duke viktimizuar njer\u00ebz t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, e duke b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7rregullim, anarki dhe dhun\u00eb n\u00eb Tok\u00eb, dhe jep porosi p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigje. Kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00ebndron midis Zotit dhe robit, e askush nuk ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00c7far\u00eb thot\u00eb Islami p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e shprehjes?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Liria dhe emancipimi jan\u00eb dy slogane t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, t\u00eb cilat po influencojn\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn me intensitete dhe konotacione t\u00eb ndryshme. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb dyshim se njeriu po vet\u00ebdijesohet gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb rreth r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe vler\u00ebs s\u00eb liris\u00eb. Por, prej kujt duhet t\u00eb lirohet dhe emancipohet \u00a0kjo bot\u00eb? Standarde t\u00eb dyfishta shfaqen kur karikaturat rreth komuniteteve hebre, etiketohen si anti-semitike dhe pandehen si krim, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrbuzja e Islamit, Profetit Muhammed<sup>sas<\/sup> dhe musliman\u00ebve n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, ushtrim i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs demokratike.
