N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb artikull do t\u00eb n\u00ebnvizoj vet\u00ebm shtat\u00eb prej tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb arom\u00eb t\u00eb bukurive t\u00eb Ramazanit.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>Nata e Kadrit \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e mir\u00eb se nj\u00eb mij\u00eb muaj<\/strong>\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\">[1]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Muaji Ramazan erdhi edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb tek ne. \u00cbsht\u00eb muaji q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban nat\u00ebn e bekuar q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruhet si nata m\u00eb e bukur se nj\u00eb mij\u00eb muaj dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb muaji n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin shejtani mbyllet n\u00eb pranga dhe dyert e xhenetit hapen p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkuesit e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kurani i Shenjt\u00eb paraqet q\u00ebllimin kryesor t\u00eb muajit t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojm\u00eb druajtjen e devotshm\u00ebrin\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e leht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb i devotsh\u00ebm dhe k\u00ebshtu q\u00eb Ramazani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb ku veprat e mira b\u00ebhen me leht\u00ebsi dhe bekimet qiellore b\u00ebhen t\u00eb kapshme. P\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb kualitete t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb cilat ndikojn\u00eb pozitivisht n\u00eb devotshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e njeriut b\u00ebhen t\u00eb mundshme.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1. Disiplina<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Islam do t\u00eb thot\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrim i plot\u00eb ndaj vullnetit t\u00eb Zotit e cila na drejton tek paqja. N\u00ebnshtrimi i plot\u00eb sidoqoft\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb arrihet pa disiplin\u00eb dhe bindje.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb muaj, musliman\u00ebt urdh\u00ebrohen t\u00eb braktisin ushqimin, t\u00eb zgjohen her\u00ebt, t\u00eb heqin dor\u00eb nga bisedat ose sjelljet e pahijshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqen p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrparojn\u00eb n\u00eb b\u00ebrjen e veprave t\u00eb mira. Kjo k\u00ebrkon disiplin\u00eb e cila arrihet duke e shtyr\u00eb vet\u00ebn t\u00eb zgjohet her\u00ebt (ose n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb nat\u00ebs), duke e sakrifikuar k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjumit p\u00ebr t\u2019u falur.<\/p>\n<p>Disiplina nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb mund t\u00eb arrihet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb dit\u00eb ose edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb jav\u00eb kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pse musliman\u00ebt urdh\u00ebrohen t\u00eb agj\u00ebrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb muaj t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Past\u00ebrtia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Musliman\u00ebt m\u00ebsohen t\u00eb marrin abdes para \u00e7do namazi dhe t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb past\u00ebr sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur p\u00ebr shkak se past\u00ebrtia e jashtme ndikon n\u00eb past\u00ebrtin\u00eb e brendshme. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse Profeti Muhammed s.a.v.s. kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se past\u00ebrtia \u00ebsht\u00eb gjysma e besimit. Kurani Fam\u00eblart\u00eb thot\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>V\u00ebrtet, i shp\u00ebtuar \u00ebsht\u00eb ai i cili e pastron vetveten<\/strong>\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtetuar shkenc\u00ebrisht se agj\u00ebrimi pastron trupin nga helmet dhe duke braktisur ushqimin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb, trupi ndihmohet n\u00eb riparimin e qelizave dhe n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e energjis\u00eb n\u00eb disa pjes\u00eb t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb trupit. Trupi gjithashtu djeg yndyr\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar energji e cila \u00e7on deri te humbja e pesh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas NHS-s\u00eb: \u201cPas disa dit\u00ebve t\u00eb agj\u00ebrimit, shihet prani e lart\u00eb e endorfin\u00ebs n\u00eb gjak, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb juve m\u00eb vigjilent dhe duke u dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb rehatis\u00eb mendore\u201d. Padyshim, si\u00e7 ushqimi ndikon fuqimisht n\u00eb trurin dhe emocionet tona, agj\u00ebrimi ndihmon n\u00eb pastrimin e papast\u00ebrtive dhe ky detoksifikim rezulton me nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb rehatis\u00eb. Kjo arrihet n\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb drejt edhe duke e mbajtur n\u00eb balanc\u00eb diet\u00ebn gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Ramazanit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Vet\u00ebkontrolli<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Kurani i Shenjt\u00eb thot\u00eb:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>Dhe ata q\u00eb e p\u00ebrpijn\u00eb zem\u00ebrimin dhe falin, Allahu i do mir\u00ebb\u00ebr\u00ebsit<\/strong>\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Njeriu nxitet e tundohet nga faktor\u00eb t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm si njer\u00ebzit, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb, mendimet, emocionet e ndryshme n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tij etj., t\u00eb cilat ia b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u2019i kontrolloj\u00eb veprimet e tij. Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz mundohen shum\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb hequr dor\u00eb nga ushqime t\u00eb caktuara, zakone dhe praktika t\u00eb shfrenuara por d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb, vazhdimisht. Ramazani dhe agj\u00ebrimi ndihmojn\u00eb njeriun t\u00eb edukoj\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebn e vet\u00ebkontrollit dhe t\u00eb vigjilenc\u00ebs t\u00eb cilat e b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb heq\u00eb dor\u00eb nga zakonet e tij t\u00eb k\u00ebqija gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji.<\/p>\n<p>Duke hequr dor\u00eb nga ushqimi, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i lejuar dhe esencial p\u00ebr ekzistenc\u00ebn e njeriut, ai e forcon vendosm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe i mund\u00ebsohet t\u00eb ket\u00eb vet\u00ebkontroll m\u00eb t\u00eb madh ndaj veprimeve t\u00eb tij. Di\u00e7ka q\u00eb i sjell atij dobi edhe jasht\u00eb Ramazanit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. Spiritualiteti<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ne m\u00ebsojm\u00eb p\u00ebrmes ngjarjeve t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb shenjt\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar se agj\u00ebrimi promovon dhe rrit spiritualitetin e njeriut. Ata pajisen me aft\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb vizione dhe fenomene t\u00eb tjera shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk mund t\u2019i arrijn\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja q\u00eb profet\u00ebt dhe njer\u00ebzit e Zotit shkonin t\u00eb rrinin n\u00eb vetmi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe jetonin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre shpirt\u00ebrore. Ramazani p\u00ebr musliman\u00ebt \u00ebsht\u00eb e nj\u00ebjta m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e trajnimit shpirt\u00ebror e dizajnuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mprehur ndjenjat shpirt\u00ebrore. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, kjo arrihet edhe duke u fokusuar n\u00eb recitimin dhe kuptimin e Kuranit t\u00eb Shenjt\u00eb, zbritja e t\u00eb cilit filloi pik\u00ebrisht gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij muaji t\u00eb bekuar te Profeti Muhammed s.a.v.s. dhe ishte kompletuar brenda periudh\u00ebs 23 vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>5. P\u00ebrul\u00ebsia<\/strong><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>V\u00ebrtet, ata q\u00eb besojn\u00eb dhe b\u00ebjn\u00eb vepra t\u00eb mira, dhe p\u00ebrulen para Zotit t\u00eb tyre, jan\u00eb prej banor\u00ebve t\u00eb xhenetit ku do t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithmon\u00eb<\/strong>\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Musliman\u00ebt urdh\u00ebrohen t\u2019i dor\u00ebzohen Zotit dhe t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen p\u00ebrul\u00ebsisht vullnetit t\u00eb Tij, duke mos qen\u00eb mosmir\u00ebnjoh\u00ebs ndaj asaj q\u00eb na dhuron e as t\u00eb pabindur ndaj urdhrave t\u00eb Tij. Arsyeja e t\u00eb qen\u00ebt t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne nuk jemi m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nevojtar\u00eb dhe sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00eb para Krijuesit dhe Mbretit t\u00eb universit.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>O njer\u00ebz, ju jeni nevojtar\u00eb ndaj Allahut, kurse Allahu \u00ebsht\u00eb i Vet\u00ebmjaftueshmi, i Lavd\u00ebruari<\/strong>\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi n\u00eb muajin Ramazan na p\u00ebrkujton se jemi plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb varur nga Zoti dhe k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb vet\u00ebm nga Ai p\u00ebr t\u00eb na ushqyer dhe siguruar sepse Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb Siguruesi m\u00eb i mir\u00eb. Kjo ia rrit njeriut p\u00ebrul\u00ebsin\u00eb gjithashtu edhe mb\u00ebshtetjen n\u00eb Zotin, gj\u00eb q\u00eb i mund\u00ebson t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb af\u00ebrsin\u00eb me Zotin.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>6. Asgj\u00ebsimi i egos s\u00eb njeriut<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Asgj\u00ebsimi i egos ose \u201cfen\u0101\u201d do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb liruarit e plot\u00eb nga d\u00ebshirat, pasionet, shpresat dhe ambiciet dhe t\u00eb liruarit nga t\u00eb gjitha mendimet e vetvetes n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Zotit. Kur njeriu e pastron vetveten ai arrin n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e t\u00eb liruarit nga pik\u00ebllimi dhe frika dhe vazhdon progresin e tij n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Zotit.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>D\u00ebgjoni! Miqt\u00eb e Allahut me siguri nuk do t\u00eb ken\u00eb as frik\u00eb e as nuk do t\u00eb pik\u00ebllohen<\/strong>\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Agj\u00ebrimi dhe sakrifica jan\u00eb mjete p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e vet\u00ebmohimit, sepse ne jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqemi nga egoja jon\u00eb, d\u00ebshirat dhe motivet tona egoiste, por do t\u2019i p\u00ebrshtatemi t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht vullnetit t\u00eb Zotit dhe do t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb ashtu si\u00e7 d\u00ebshiron Ai deri n\u00eb mas\u00ebn q\u00eb ne t\u00eb ham\u00eb, t\u00eb flem\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zgjohemi n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me udh\u00ebzimin e Tij. Kur njeriu e arrin k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe motivet ose q\u00ebllimet e tij nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb prishura nga lakmia dhe materializmi, ai g\u00ebzon af\u00ebrsin\u00eb me Zotin dhe k\u00ebshtu vazhdon udh\u00ebtimin e tij n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb Zotit pafund\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>7. Dhembshuria<\/strong><\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201c<strong>Dhe ata i ushqejn\u00eb, nga dashuria p\u00ebr Zotin, t\u00eb varfrit, jetim\u00ebt, dhe t\u00eb rob\u00ebruarit<\/strong>\u201d.<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dyshim i vog\u00ebl q\u00eb mbetet \u00ebsht\u00eb se njeriu nuk mund t\u00eb kuptoj\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht nj\u00eb fenomen t\u00eb caktuar derisa nuk e ka p\u00ebrjeton vet\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu agj\u00ebrimi i ndihmon musliman\u00ebt t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebn e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb ushqimit, p\u00ebrjetimin e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsive dhe t\u00eb dhimbjes s\u00eb atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb nevojtar\u00eb por q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb agj\u00ebrimi synon t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb fuqimisht dhembshurin\u00eb p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e tjer\u00eb. Kjo pa dyshim i nxit besimtar\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje humanitare duke ngritur t\u00eb shtypurit e jo t\u2019i shohin me p\u00ebr\u00e7mim, si\u00e7 b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e madhe e t\u00eb pasurve sot n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, agj\u00ebrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb besimin Islam dhe ka shum\u00eb dobi t\u00eb cilat mund t\u00eb arrihen vet\u00ebm nga ai q\u00eb i p\u00ebrmbush k\u00ebrkesat e Ramazanit me zell dhe kujdes t\u00eb madh.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti na mund\u00ebsoft\u00eb t\u00eb veprojm\u00eb sipas k\u00ebtyre pikave!
