Ky namaz \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet mjaft i dobish\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar lidhje me Zotin e Lart\u00ebsuar, p\u00ebr t&#8217;iu afruar Atij si dhe p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zhvilluar shpirt\u00ebrisht. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>sas<\/sup> gjithmon\u00eb e kryente k\u00ebt\u00eb falje. K\u00ebtu m\u00eb posht\u00eb po paraqesim k\u00ebt\u00eb shkrim p\u00ebr dobin\u00eb e lexuesve:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;S\u00eb pari do t&#8217;ju tregoj m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt. Ndon\u00ebse ajo p\u00ebrmban edhe d\u00ebm, por mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe e dobishme. Pra, kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb lidhet me or\u00ebt me zile, q\u00eb gjenden leht\u00ebsisht sot, dhe e ndihmojn\u00eb njeriun p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zgjuar nga gjumi. Ata q\u00eb zgjohen me an\u00eb t\u00eb ziles, shpesh ankohen se u vjen gjumi gjat\u00eb faljes. Arsyeja \u00ebsht\u00eb fare e thjesht\u00eb se ata zgjohen me zile e jo vetvetiu, e andaj kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak e dobishme. Po t\u00eb mos m\u00eb shtr\u00ebngonte koha, do t\u00eb kisha cituar edhe ajete e hadithe, ku bazohen k\u00ebto m\u00ebnyra, megjithat\u00eb h\u00ebp\u00ebrh\u00eb p\u00ebrmbahem vet\u00ebm me p\u00ebrfundimet e mia.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e par\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ebsht\u00eb se Allahu i Lart\u00ebsuar ka b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb rregull n\u00eb natyr\u00eb, se koha n\u00eb cil\u00ebn ka ardhur di\u00e7ka n\u00eb jet\u00eb, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb i p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet, i ngjall nj\u00eb entuziaz\u00ebm. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb ka mjaft shembuj. Fjala bie n\u00ebse dikush ka vuajtur nga ndonj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje gjat\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebris\u00eb, ajo s\u00ebmundje i rishfaqet n\u00eb pleq\u00ebri. I nj\u00ebjti rregull vlen edhe p\u00ebr botanik\u00eb dhe ornitologji. Po ky rregull mund t&#8217;i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb edhe njeriut p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zgjuar p\u00ebr faljen e nat\u00ebs, me kusht q\u00eb ai pas namazit t\u00eb jacis\u00eb, t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb kujtimin e Zotit. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb koh\u00eb, njeriu i kushton p\u00ebrkujtimit t\u00eb Zotit, aq m\u00eb her\u00ebt atij do t&#8217;i dal\u00eb gjumi nga koha e sabahut.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e dyt\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu pas kryerjes s\u00eb jacis\u00eb, t\u00eb mos bisedoj\u00eb me ask\u00ebnd. I D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>sas <\/sup>gjithashtu ka ndaluar nga bisedat pas jacis\u00eb. Ndon\u00ebse ka raste kur ai vet\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb biseda, por n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi Profeti <sup>sas <\/sup>ka shprehur mosp\u00eblqimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Arsyeja pse e ndaloi, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00ebse njeriu b\u00ebn muhabete pas jacis\u00eb, ai do t\u00eb rrij\u00eb i zgjuar deri von\u00eb, dhe rrjedhimisht do t\u00eb zgjohet von\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebngjes. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, n\u00ebse k\u00ebto muhabete zgjaten rreth \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve joshpirt\u00ebrore dhe jofetare, do t\u00eb rezultojn\u00eb me shp\u00ebrqendrimin e v\u00ebmendjes nga besimi. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>sas <\/sup>ka th\u00ebn\u00eb se besimtari pas faljes s\u00eb jacis\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb, pa b\u00ebr\u00eb muhabete me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb n\u00ebse fle her\u00ebt duke pasur reflektime fetare, ai do t\u00eb zgjohet her\u00ebt. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndaluar t\u00eb b\u00ebhen pun\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme pas faljes s\u00eb jacis\u00eb, por e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb para se flej\u00eb, njeriu duhet t\u00eb kujtoj\u00eb Zotin.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e tret\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb kur kthehet nga falja e jacis\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb, njeriu le t\u00eb marr\u00eb abdest, edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb. Ky veprim ndikon n\u00eb zem\u00ebr, dhe i jep nj\u00eb gjall\u00ebri e freski. N\u00ebse dikush bie n\u00eb gjum\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb gjall\u00ebri nga abdesti, ai do t\u00eb zgjohet n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gjendje. Shpesh kemi par\u00eb se n\u00ebse dikush fle i p\u00ebrlotur dhe i hidh\u00ebruar, ai zgjohet duke gul\u00e7uar. N\u00ebse ka r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb g\u00ebzueshme, ai \u00e7ohet duke v\u00ebn\u00eb buz\u00ebn n\u00eb gaz. Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb i sh\u00ebrben gjithashtu p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zgjuar her\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e kat\u00ebrt<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu para se t\u00eb flej\u00eb, le t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb disa lutje. Kjo do ta ndihmoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t&#8217;u zgjuar her\u00ebt. Edhe i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>sas <\/sup>para se t\u00eb flinte, b\u00ebnte dhikr. Ai recitonte <em>ajetin e Kursis\u00eb<\/em> e ndjekur nga tri sure t\u00eb fundit, e pastaj frynte mbi duart e tij dhe me to f\u00ebrkonte gjith\u00eb trupin. Nuk keni par\u00eb se grat\u00eb apo f\u00ebmij\u00ebt n\u00ebse flen\u00eb n\u00eb pik\u00ebllim ose n\u00eb dhimbje, ato kur nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb an\u00ebn gjat\u00eb gjumit, nxjerrin z\u00eb t\u00eb mekur. Kjo ndodh sepse ato mbeten n\u00eb ndikimin e asaj gjendje pik\u00eblluese. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00ebse dikush fle duke kujtuar dhe madh\u00ebruar Zotin, ai edhe duke nd\u00ebrruar an\u00ebn do t\u00eb shqiptoj\u00eb fjal\u00eb lavd\u00ebruese. (Kuran 32:17)<\/p>\n<p>Ndon\u00ebse kjo shprehje duket paksa e pabesueshme, sepse i D\u00ebrguari i Allahut <sup>sas <\/sup>flinte nj\u00ebsoj sikur besimtar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, por n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, gjumi i tyre ishte lavd\u00ebrimi i Zotit, sepse ata flinin duke madh\u00ebruar Zotin. Pra, ndon\u00ebse ata ishin duke fjetur, por me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ishin t\u00eb zgjuar. Qeniet e tyre ishin t\u00eb ndara nga shtret\u00ebrit dhe ishin t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb kujtimin e Zotit.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e pest\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njeriu t\u00eb vendos\u00eb bindsh\u00ebm se do t\u00eb zgjohet medoemos p\u00ebr faljen e tehexhudit. Zoti ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb njeriut aft\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb kur ai i jep nefsit nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb prer\u00eb, nefsi i n\u00ebnshtrohet menj\u00ebher\u00eb. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt shkenc\u00ebrisht i konfirmuar. Andaj, kur bini n\u00eb gjum\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb vendosni fuqimisht se do t\u00eb zgjoheni patjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr namazin e tehexhudit. Duke b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, trupi juaj mund t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb gjum\u00eb, por shpirti do t\u00eb mbetet i zgjuar, sepse ai ka marr\u00eb urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr t&#8217;ju zgjuar n\u00eb or\u00ebn specifike. Andaj, kur vjen ora e caktuar, ju zgjoheni vetvetiu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e gjasht\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ebsht\u00eb e till\u00eb, q\u00eb ia lejoj vet\u00ebm atij, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb i bindur p\u00ebr besimin e tij. Sipas k\u00ebsaj metode, njeriu nuk duhet t\u00eb fal\u00eb vitrat pas namazit t\u00eb jacis\u00eb, por t&#8217;i l\u00ebr\u00eb ato p\u00ebr t&#8217;i falur n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tehexhudit. N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi v\u00ebrehet se besimtar\u00ebt u kushtojn\u00eb shum\u00eb v\u00ebmendje namazeve t\u00eb obliguara, nd\u00ebrsa sillen me nj\u00eblloj p\u00ebrtese lidhur me namazet nafile. N\u00ebse, ai i bashkon nafilet me <em>vaxhibin<\/em> (t\u00eb detyruesh\u00ebm), shpirti i tij nuk do t\u00eb plog\u00ebshtohet dhe do t\u00eb mbetet vigjilent derisa nuk e kryen at\u00eb. Pra si rrjedhoj\u00eb, ai do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet i v\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm. N\u00ebse dikush ka falur namazin e vitrit, atij edhe pse i del gjumi n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e tehexhudit, mendja i thot\u00eb: Ti e ke falur vitrin, nuk ka asgj\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk i fal nafilet. Nd\u00ebrsa, kur ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb dijeni se ka akoma p\u00ebr ta falur vitrin, do t\u00eb zgjohet patjet\u00ebr, dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb do t\u00eb fal\u00eb edhe nafilet. Megjithat\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta provuar k\u00ebt\u00eb metod\u00eb, nevojitet shkalla e lart\u00eb e besimit. N\u00ebse ka bindje t\u00eb fort\u00eb, do t\u00eb zgjohet edhe p\u00ebr nafilet, ndryshe do t\u00eb privohet edhe nga vitri.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e shtat\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>gjithashtu vlen p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore. Sipas k\u00ebsaj metode, besimtari duhet t\u00eb fal\u00eb nafilet pas jacis\u00eb. Ai duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb nafile derisa b\u00ebhet i p\u00ebrgjumsh\u00ebm, dhe gjumi \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i r\u00ebnd\u00eb saq\u00eb nuk e duron dot. Kur ai fle n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje, me doemos do t\u00eb zgjohet her\u00ebt p\u00ebr tehexhudin. Pra, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj ushtrim shpirt\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Metoda e tet\u00eb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb praktikohej nga <em>sufijt\u00eb. <\/em>Un\u00eb nuk kam ndier nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb, megjithat\u00eb ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb e dobishme.
