Arab\u00ebt thon\u00eb \u0628\u064e\u063a\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0634\u064a\u0621\u064e d.m.th. ai d\u00ebshiroi apo synoi at\u00eb gj\u00eb. \u0628\u063a\u06cc \u0627\u0644\u0631\u062c\u0644 <em>be\u011fe-rrexhulu <\/em>do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, njeriu b\u00ebri shkelje, mohoi t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, nuk u bind madje u revoltua kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb autoriteti t\u00eb ligjsh\u00ebm, veproi n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me nj\u00eb detyrim ligjor, shoq\u00ebror, moral a fetar dhe u largua nga e v\u00ebrteta. \u0628\u064e\u063a\u064e\u0649 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647 <em>be\u011fa \u2018alejhi <\/em>do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, ai b\u00ebri padrejt\u00ebsi dhe vijoi k\u00ebt\u00eb veprim p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb zgjatur (Akrab). \u0628\u063a\u06cc \u0639\u0644\u06cc \u0627\u062e\u06cc\u0647 <em>be\u011fa \u2018ala ekh\u012bh <\/em>do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, ai e kishte zili v\u00ebllain e tij; ai kishte d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb madhe e t\u00eb pangopur p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb mir\u00ebsi q\u00eb kishte v\u00ebllai i tij (Lane).<\/p>\n<h3>Komentim:<\/h3>\n<p>Nj\u00eb ajet p\u00ebrpara<sup>6<\/sup>, Kurani ka deklaruar se zot\u00ebron kat\u00ebr cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme: (1) \u00cbsht\u00eb shpjegim i \u00e7do gj\u00ebje, (2) \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebzim, (3) m\u00ebshir\u00eb dhe (4) myzhde p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb i n\u00ebnshtrohen Zotit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto dhe ajetet vijuese tregojn\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj deklarate dhe v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb se Kurani p\u00ebrmbush n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00eblqyer q\u00ebllimin kryesor t\u00eb shpalljes s\u00eb tij. Edhe ajeti aktual, q\u00eb p\u00ebrmban fjal\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledh\u00ebse, v\u00ebrteton se deklarata e Kuranit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fakt i pakund\u00ebrshtuesh\u00ebm. Ajeti p\u00ebrmban tri porosi dhe tri ndalesa. K\u00ebto tri urdh\u00ebrime dhe ndalesa p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur t\u00eb gjitha fazat e zhvillimit moral dhe shpirt\u00ebror t\u00eb njeriut. Pra, ky ajet p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb shembull t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmendur p\u00ebr Kuranin n\u00eb ajetin paraardh\u00ebs, d.m.th. se ai p\u00ebrb\u00ebn shpjegimin e \u00e7do gj\u00ebje \u062a\u0650\u0628\u0652\u064a\u064e\u0670\u0646\u064b\u0627 \u0644\u0651\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0644\u0651\u0650 \u0634\u064e\u0649\u0652\u0621\u064d. Ajeti p\u00ebrfundon me fjal\u00ebt \u0644\u064e\u0639\u064e\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u062a\u064e\u0630\u064e\u0643\u0651\u064e\u0631\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e \u200eq\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb kujtoni detyrimet q\u00eb i keni ndaj Zotit dhe krijesave t\u00eb Tij dhe gjithashtu q\u00eb t\u00eb lavd\u00ebroni madh\u00ebshtin\u00eb e Zotit dhe t\u00eb shpallni lavdin\u00eb e Tij. Meqen\u00ebse k\u00ebto p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb q\u00ebllime p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar njeriu, ajeti u jep besimtar\u00ebve lajmin e haresh\u00ebm se n\u00ebse ata i ndjekin porosit\u00eb e Tij q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, ata mund t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb q\u00ebllimin e krijimit t\u00eb tyre. \u00cbsht\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e mrekullueshme q\u00eb Kurani Fam\u00eblart\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb ajet kaq t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, ka hedhur drit\u00eb mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb v\u00ebrtetojn\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb lartp\u00ebrmendur.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur t\u00eb gjejm\u00eb nj\u00eb kombinim t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsis\u00eb, koncizitetit dhe gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshirjes n\u00eb ndonj\u00eb shkrim tjet\u00ebr hyjnor. Por pavar\u00ebsisht se mbart nj\u00eb tem\u00eb kaq t\u00eb thell\u00eb, fjal\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij ajeti jan\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb qarta e t\u00eb thjeshta dhe mund t\u00eb kuptohen leht\u00ebsisht nga nj\u00eb person me inteligjenc\u00eb t\u00eb zakonshme.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb pyetje nuk mund t\u00eb trajtohet t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse nuk i jan\u00eb shpjeguar dhe ndri\u00e7uar t\u00eb dyja an\u00ebt e saj, pozitive e negative. S\u00ebrish, nj\u00eb shkrim hyjnor nuk mund t\u00eb pretendoj\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb i p\u00ebrsosur n\u00ebse nuk p\u00ebrvet\u00ebson k\u00ebto tipare thelb\u00ebsore:<\/p>\n<p>Ai duhet t\u00eb nxis\u00eb e t\u00eb motivoj\u00eb lexuesin p\u00ebr kryerjen e veprimeve t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrsosm\u00ebrin\u00eb morale dhe shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb njeriut. Po ashtu, ai duhet ta ndaloj\u00eb lexuesin nga sjelljet q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur nj\u00eb p\u00ebrsosm\u00ebri t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ai duhet t\u2019i p\u00ebrshkruaj\u00eb rregullat e normat, q\u00eb kan\u00eb karakter t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm.\u00a0 Pra, ata t\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndiqen e zbatohen jo nga nj\u00eb individ apo popull i caktuar, por nga shumica e individ\u00ebve dhe popujve. Po ashtu, n\u00eb hartimin e k\u00ebtyre ligjeve duhet t\u2019u kushtohet v\u00ebmendje e ve\u00e7ant\u00eb natyr\u00ebs, vetis\u00eb dhe temperamentit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre njer\u00ebzve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve ai drejtohet, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mos hasin v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb zbatimin e m\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb tij dhe \u00e7do person t\u00eb veproj\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij ose t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Karakteristika e tret\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb ligj i p\u00ebrsosur \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00ebsimi i tij duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb praktik dhe i zbatuesh\u00ebm. Po ashtu, zbatimi i m\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb tij nuk duhet t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnien dhe p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsimin e moralit, intelektit apo qytet\u00ebrimit njer\u00ebzor. Ajeti aktual ka thurur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb mrekullueshme t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto cil\u00ebsi thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb nj\u00eb ligji t\u00eb p\u00ebrsosur dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht nuk ka d\u00ebshtuar t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb si\u00e7 duhet \u00e7\u00ebshtjet thelb\u00ebsore t\u00eb zhvillimit moral t\u00eb njeriut, si nga an\u00ebt pozitive ashtu edhe ato negative. Ai b\u00ebn thirrje p\u00ebr vendosjen e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, mir\u00ebsis\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve dhe dhembshuris\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb af\u00ebrmve; dhe ndalon imoralitetin, t\u00eb keqen e dukshme dhe shkeljen e padrejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Drejt\u00ebsia e rrept\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb person t\u2019i trajtoj\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb reciproke pra me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn frym\u00eb si\u00e7 ata e trajtojn\u00eb at\u00eb. Ai duhet t\u2019ua kthej\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn monedh\u00eb, pra t\u00eb sillet me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt mir\u00eb apo keq n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn mas\u00eb apo shkall\u00eb si\u00e7 ata jan\u00eb sjell\u00eb me t\u00eb. N\u00ebse flasim p\u00ebr \u0639\u064e\u062f\u0652\u0644 <em>\u2018adl <\/em>d.m.th. drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me Zotin, derisa ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb atributi i par\u00eb i p\u00ebrmendur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ajet, ai do t\u00eb n\u00ebnkuptoj\u00eb se ashtu si\u00e7 Zoti sillet me m\u00ebshir\u00eb e dhembshuri me njeriun, edhe njeriu duhet t\u2019i jap\u00eb Zotit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e Tij dhe jo t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb kritika ndaj Tij. Ai nuk duhet t\u2019u jap\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve at\u00eb q\u00eb i takon Zotit, p.sh. n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Zotit, t\u2019ua kushtoj\u00eb besnik\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe n\u00ebnshtrimin t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve. Barazimi i zotave t\u00eb rrem\u00eb me T\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebn gjithashtu padrejt\u00ebsi ndaj Zotit. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me k\u00ebrkesat e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri t\u2019i atribuoj\u00eb vetes ndonj\u00eb cil\u00ebsi a veti q\u00eb i p\u00ebrket vet\u00ebm Zotit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shembull, shpallja e ligjeve fetare \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb q\u00eb i takon posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht vet\u00ebm Zotit.
