Spiritualiteti ndihmon n\u00eb shfaqjen e sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb emocioneve pozitive dhe sjelljeve t\u00eb tilla si dashuria, shpresa, dhembshuria, lumturia, paqja, k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsia, mir\u00ebnjohja, falja, empatia dhe mir\u00ebkuptimi n\u00eb jet\u00eb. Shfaqja e emocioneve t\u00eb tilla tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebr mir\u00ebqenie t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit mendor.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/al\/kurani-shqip\/\"><strong>Lexoni Kuranin e Shenjt\u00eb n\u00eb arabish-shqip<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Emocionet pozitive na ndihmojn\u00eb t\u00eb rritemi, t\u00eb m\u00ebsojm\u00eb dhe t\u00eb zgjerojm\u00eb horizontet tona. Ato rrisin nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimin, v\u00ebmendjen dhe aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tjera njoh\u00ebse, si memoria. B\u00ebhuni t\u00eb gjith\u00eb v\u00ebllez\u00ebr me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin, o sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb Allahut.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Spiritualiteti jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb na ofron emocione pozitive, por leht\u00ebson gjithashtu ndjesit\u00eb e emocioneve negative, si zem\u00ebrimi, frika, urrejtja, ankthi, trishtimi, pasiguria, xhelozia etj.<\/p>\n<p>Sot, bota \u00ebsht\u00eb e zhytur n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00ebn e p\u00ebr\u00e7arjes dhe polarizimit. Negativiteti dhe lakmia jan\u00eb p\u00ebrhapur ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb jet\u00ebt tona, gjithashtu edhe padrejt\u00ebsia.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe nj\u00eb problem i vog\u00ebl yni mund t\u00eb nxis\u00eb emocione negative, duke shkaktuar probleme jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb sh\u00ebndetin ton\u00eb mendor dhe fizik, por edhe ndaj atyre p\u00ebrreth nesh.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00ebmij\u00ebria dhe adoleshenca jan\u00eb periudhat kur fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb shfaqen shenjat e para t\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe urrejtjes, dhe b\u00ebhet gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb zhduken n\u00eb vitet e m\u00ebvonshme.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb mesazh shum\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur n\u00eb moton e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ahmadiyya-islam.org\/al\/xhemati-musliman-ahmedia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Xhematit Musliman Ahmedia<\/a>, t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga Hazret Kalifi i III-t\u00eb i Mesihut t\u00eb Premtuar, <strong>\u201cDashuri p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, urrejtje p\u00ebr ask\u00ebnd\u201d<\/strong>. M\u00eb posht\u00eb do t\u00eb gjeni disa sugjerime q\u00eb do t\u2019ju ndihmojn\u00eb drejt spiritualitetit dhe sh\u00ebndetit t\u00eb mir\u00eb mendor.<\/p>\n<h2>1. P\u00ebrsiatje dhe vet\u00eb-reflektim<\/h2>\n<p>Profeti i Muhammed s.a.v.s. tha:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u0644\u0627 \u0639\u0642\u0644 \u0643\u0627\u0644\u062a\u062f\u0628\u064a\u0631<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u201cNuk ka m\u00eb urt\u00ebsi se reflektimi.\u201d<\/strong> (Sunen Ibni Maxheh, kitab &#8220;Ez-Zuhd&#8221;, hadithi nr. 4218.).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Profeti i shenjt\u00eb s.a.v.s. reflektonte shum\u00eb, saq\u00eb shkonte n\u00eb shpell\u00ebn Hira q\u00eb gjendej n\u00eb nj\u00eb mal, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar koh\u00eb n\u00eb soditje dhe meditim. N\u00eb nj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto \u00e7aste t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme, ai takoi Krijuesin e tij. Soditja e natyr\u00ebs dhe adhurimi ndaj Zotit rrit komunikimin me T\u00eb.
